i mean can you blame Houstonians for being somewhat jaded toward evacuating? Just the evacuation from Rita in 2005 killed more people than the actual storm did, so I can see why folx from Houston might hear about a tropical storm and just shrug their shoulders.
i mean you live and/or vacation on the coast. just experience offers insight and awareness pluuus like everyone has commented-advisories and warnings for days

Thank you for sharing interesting how she didn't feel comfortable when everybody was warned prior to this hitting land... Thank goodness it doesn't look as bad as it was supposed to get it.
