I love your vlogs. I am 44 years old and i really struggled in my teens with over exercising and under eating and if I am honest l still do sometimes . I find your attitude to food and fitness so inspiring and your videos have really help me realise the importance of looking after your mind as well as your body. Xx thank you ❤

@@OliviaJarvis fellow Virgo here who is at the beginning of her fitness journey post menopause, which is flippin hard!! I never really needed to try that hard to stay in shape when I was younger. But I actually love going to the gym and can feel myself getting stronger. It would be nice to get back to a size 10 but the health benefits are the most important. I also have very similar spiritual beliefs to yourself and this makes your videos even more enjoyable as I love how you are bringing this into them xx

Girl I love you but you take comparison photos posing and the other not. So it's hard to compare if you are comparing a pose photo to a everyday beach day photo just acting normal. It's just not realistic and comes across a bit deceptive.
