Great episode. Maybe raise the seat a bit. It'll improve posture especially for Nate's injured back and having the legs stretch more when cycling betters blood flow and sort of let's the muscles rest for a split second.
Yes, this! In cycling, usually at the bottom of a pedal stroke, the knee should be just slightly bent. Otherwise it's not very efficient and is painful for knees. They look almost like they're riding a little kids bike (in terms of knee geometry), so I wasn't surprised by their comments!

I have followed all Nate’s workouts in the park and gym and have turned on all the local grooms as a training regiment. As much as I love seeing the next workout I think workouts should be separate from talking. The content was some of the best yet and the questions were right on topic. Great job guys!!

I would like to see you guys interview the OGs of each generation. 60's, 70s, 80's, 90's 00's. There are some salty dudes who have seen it. Before leashes, vests and PWC, those chargers had serious skills. I love listening to those old chargers. Darrick Doerner could probably tell stories for 3 podcasts content.
