6 at-home acne tips from dermatologists 

Exfoliation is critical for acne treatment idk what these goobs are on about. I started using an exfoliating shower towel twice a week back in November and it has done wonders. The trick is to not use it every day or it will cause problems, and to treat any spots that may have opened during this process with salicylic acid. The rest here is solid advice though.
