I absolutely love the sign with that you drew. Can you tell me how big that sign was. I think if you would've left the green leaf and then put your bow up higher, it would have had more color. But it is beautiful.
These are all awesome. Two and a half years ago, I was working at a prison. My husband was retired. Our life was perfect. Our 31st wedding anniversary was coming up in April. And covid turned my life upside down. My husband passed away from covid in February. I quit my job and stayed home. That is when I found youtube. I had never heard of farmhouse decor. That is also when I found you, Holly. The first video I saw was the little cuties for tier trays. I owe everything to you. You were an angel sent to help me with my grief. I am so thankful and grateful for you. I love you, and thank you for being there for me. ❤
Aww, I’m so sorry you lost your husband to Covid. I lost someone as well. I’m very happy you’re part of my RU-vid family. Much love to you my friend. ❤️🍁🍁🥰😘
I’m so sorry for your loss. This little thank you to Holly is such a good reminder that we impact people in many different ways. I have also been blessed by her videos albeit for much less stressful reasons than your experience.
You are definitely an artist. Don't sell yourself short. Love the pumpkins on fence. I would have left the green leaf . It would have pulled the green out of your bow. But both ways are perfect. No right or wrong.
Holly, your work is beautiful as always!🍂🍁. Glad to hear you are going to get started on Christmas pretty soon. I love all your Christmas pieces and can’t wait to get started!🎄🎅🏼🎄
As usual your creativity is fabulous! It's very relaxing watching your videos. I watch lots of DIY channels, however you are my favorite. Thank you for sharing. Hugs
Hi Holly! This was perfect. I’m babysitting my nine month old grandson. He went down for his nap. I grabbed my phone. And bam! You just uploaded your video! Absolutely perfect! I love everything! Gotta run though! Thanks my dear, see ya soon! ❤️💜💚
I bought some 3" round thin circles from Temu a while back. They worked great for what I used them for. Put them on a small candle jar and added small phone, book and a pot of small flowers and used it as a table for doll house. Thanks.
Holly I think leaving the green leaf on the pumpkin sign would have added something or maybe use it instead of the orange one. The ones with the placemats are so pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Holly you really out did yourself. I ALWAYS look forward to watching you. So many good ideas. I sent your link to my daughter in Montana. They have no Dollar Tree but glad they can get some stuff shipped. Also, I laughed at the part of how you struggle with painting....me too. So, I liked that term, "abstract" lol. Ill go with it.
Fall 🍁 is my favorite season, but Christmas 🎄 crafts are my jam. Another excellent video 🍂 I have that metal ribbon and never would've thought of cutting it in half... great on the pumpkins. Covering the cardboard sides is a must, IMO.
I think your pumpkin painting is adorable! If you had a few of the plain burlap leaves from the Dollar Tree, layering 2 or 3 on top of the pumpkins, by the tendrils, would look fantastic!
I always love everything you make... I just wanted to add that if you do a light sanding after you add the dry brushing,, it helps blend it in and look more natural....
I like all the DIY's. The two pumpkins with the orange leaf on the board was my favorite. I can't paint lines either 😀 But it turned out so nice. The round Home was very pretty too. Thank you 🎃
I'm responding to your question on whether I liked the green burgundy and orange leaves on the pumpkin sign. If I make this I will use either the green leaf or the green along with the orange I think it brings out the colors in the bows and I feel there's a lot of orange in the two pumpkins so I'm a person that likes some compliment and some contrast in my projects. Another amazing video. I have actually told people about your RU-vid channel when I see them in the craft stores so I'm hoping you get some more viewers that way.😊
Hi Holly, I just wanted to give you a little tip when you’re working with the brown paper bag if you spray it with a little bit of water and then crinkle it up and straighten it out and crinkle it up and straighten it out it works and it makes it very soft. Use a little bit of hand lotion or hair conditioner rub it on your hands and rub it through the paper bag as your crumbling it and it makes it so soft don’t get it to work just damp and then use your dryer to dry it and you’ll love the difference just a tip.
I enjoy watching all of your videos you have a very calming voice it's enjoyable to listen to as you're explaining what you do I think your painting is wonderful great job on another wonderful fall video
I think the orange and green leaves would've been nice on it, but I would've used three...two of one of the colors and one of the other taking up the open blank space and then added actual stems making it 3D and shaped them to appear behind-ish like the small pumpkin. I love yours...I was just responding to your question regarding if you should've kept it. I REALLY LOVE the pumpkin placemat and the Family Gathers Here Sign!
Holly, I get mesmerized watching you craft. I love your style and have made several of your projects. Michaels sells wood rounds that you’re looking for in the bargain bins at the front of the store.
Their all so adorable!! Maybe on the pumpkins a smaller leaf of brown. You are the best crafter. Thank you so much. NOW LETS DO CHRISTMAS AND….MAKE IT FUN. 🎉🎉🤭🤭💃💃❤️❤️
Hello Ms Holly I am so glad that you have been putting these videos on here. They are amazing. Thank you very much. And I’ve heard you say you lost your craft room and then another time you moved across to the east coast? I must’ve missed a lot of information, so can you please catch me up with what has been going on with you? LOL happy crafting to you too!! you have been making such beautiful crafts that I am behind, and I feel the urge to craft lol
