Thank you. Any videos on apartment homes in south Florida that are under a million? Would like to see a video on 55 plus communities that are affordable. Average nice apartment homes that are affordable. I prefer buildings because I have a phobia of reptiles so townhomes and flat homes with grassy yards is a no no for me 🙂
Thank you for watching and I appreciate the compliment! The goal is to continue creating high quality content about all things South Florida. Make sure to subscribe for more. 🙏🏼
I want to thank you so much for making these videos. I've been stuck in New Mexico for 16 years long ... Long story, But thanks to you . Hopefully I will be moving back next year!!!
Wow that means a lot thank you 🙏 for your kind words. Comments like yours are what motivate me to continue making more videos. I would to help you when you come come back to FL. Thanks for watching ☺️
Great video…these communities are surrounding where we live. We love our little community here in Boca. Please keep these videos coming. East Boca has such a different vibe of great people. I am so pleased we purchased our new home here when we did as prices have almost doubled in the 10 years we moved here from Ft Lauderdale.
Thank you! It’s such a great community and the East Boca vibe is different. The appreciation on prices has been incredible to see and it was good you made the move when you did. Thanks for watching!
There's so many HOA's in Boca and around so it's nice when there is no HOA. Looking forward to helping you make your move when you're ready. Thanks for watching!
Great video bro. I watched a few. Great content and high quality. Not sure if you done a video on central Boca but as someone who moved to the area from New York with a family, I found central Boca to be the sweet spot. I ended up moving to Parkland instead but Central Boca still has my heart. I just got more for my money in Parkland Central neighborhoods like... Millpond Park Timbercreek Boca Madera Boca Ratón Square Palm Beach Farms New Floresta Beautiful tree-line streets for families. Specially Millpond. Love that neighborhood
Thank you for watching and I appreciate it. I’m working on central Boca so it’s coming soon. It really is a great place and underrated. You have everything close by right off of Glades. Parkland is an amazing place to live but it is farther west. Depends on your vibe and what’s important to you. Happy you got settled in and if you ever decide to make the move to Boca let me know! Boca Square video is dropping tomorrow and New Floresta next week 👀
@@LIVSouthFlorida yea I mean we ended up in Cypresshead. Incredible community. I’m 10 minutes from Boca and about 25 from DelRay which is what truly made me want to move to this area. Great food and bars. Parkland is for the kids. Boca and DelRay are for the parents lol
@@UrbanBDKNY Cypress Head is a great community and I have friends who live there. Everything you said is 💯 Couldn't have said it any better 🤝 Boca Raton Square - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xNMEEcPjtq8.html
Great question! South Florida’s winters are very mild compared to Long Island-think of it more as an extended fall. In the winter months (December-February), temperatures usually range from the mid-50s to the 70s (°F). So, you’ll still get a break from the intense summer heat, but it’s more of a warm and sunny “sweater weather” vibe rather than cold. It’s one of the reasons so many people love it here-it’s like the perfect middle ground between beach weather and cozy nights without the freezing temps! ☀️
