Stoney Creek is a wonderful place to raise a family, but there are certainly many other amazing communities that are wonderful for families! Hamilton mountain is a popular area for families, as is Binbrook, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown... I could go on 😊 What it generally comes down to are: Budget, preference for style of home (do you want modern closets & an ensuit bathroom?) & take into consideration the lifestyle you want (will you have a car or rely on transit? Do you want to be able to walk to most amenities? Do you want to be close to hiking trails?) @@TheGenuineRealtors so many hidden gems. Sassafras point near Cootes Paradise. I’m more interested in the food scene lol. You have to go to Born and Raised. New place called Martello which means hammer in Italian. Thanks for the Hamilton video
