It’s not just women that would be very annoyed if he shouted “chick, chick!” after they said something. That’s universally offensive regardless of gender. Also, not the best strategy. If he wanted to convince the other guys that they should vote someone out because they’re probably a girl, he should’ve provided reasoning behind his claim that they were probably a girl. That’s how to convince people of something, not obnoxiously shouting out what you think.

Chloe’s strategy from the VERY beginning should have been to avoid directly interacting with Tyler. Tyler is the macho/ego type and that makes him a BLOODHOUND in finding ‘weak’ or ‘feeble’ men/people. The best strategy against his type is to maintain little contact, not play into his bully game, and maintaining a few but strong boundaries that you can be confident in (If you’re insecure in something, you’ll immediately be found. State boundaries your capable of joking with and admitting to, but not giving up)

Chloe has a deep voice but the way she dragged some of her notes out was a tell. Also, she was spot on with Tyler overcompensating, but calling him out on that was a girl thing too lol. And going from calling Tyler out for overcompensating to then "complaining" about the straight male tinder experience seemed like she broke character and returned to the script.

A big part of conversation for men is wording. When men complaining about women, especially IRL we word it a certain way. We do so because we don't want to be labelled as incels. Chloe's wording was off, so she failed. Tyler basically said the same thing, but his wording was better. He succeeded.
