They are very cruel and jealous people. I am educating myself as 50yrs ago you never heard of gaslighting and narcissists and manipulation. It's hard to get courage to face your fears. These talks have been excellent as I have changed. I have even been to see a psychologist. I went to Al-Anon 40yrs ago thinking it was his alcoholism that was only part of it now j have the big picture with your encouragement. I don't talk to him much as im not interested anymore he destroyed everything.
When my narcissistic mother sees me learning about narcissistic abuse,she always asks me saying, "WHAT DO YOU GAIN FROM LISTENING TO THOSE KIND OF VIDEOS??" Sometimes she increases the volume of the tv so that she doesn’t hear any of it
Its nt practical getting involved wth a narcicist bcz its quite impossible to attempt... their mental disorder is self love at xtreme level...they can b charming n very nice bt beware of the cynicism, jealousy n manipulation. They aspire to b adored n worshipped. Best we can do is enjoy their many talents afar wo being involved in anyway .
my ex bf abused me for 11 years he just wanted all the attention and he treated me like crap he didn't care about me when i got sick with second vaccines shot he's like she been avoiding me and he still not over me he still wants me to give him closure and i just got engaged to my new bf and my ex is still trying to get me and he is trying to ruin my happiness again and i don't know what to do need help please write back to me.
If you guys don’t have children block his number and all socials and move on w/ your new love. If he still finds a way to contact you then file a police report and get a restraining order. This was the advice my therapist gave me , I have children with my narc ex and I’ve still managed to create boundaries and you can too ❤ best wishes
He's got spyware on your device. Throw it away. They'll stalk you with the location services on your devices. Drain the battery and break it and toss it. Hope you're doing great.
It is Co-Dependency. One person places their hope of happiness in another imperfect person instead of on Jesus who loved us so much that He died to take on our sins and the curse of death on those who believe in Him! God is the source of all love, because He is love. No one can have love apart from God. Can't worship another person, because they fall short too. It's not easy being alone and content, but with God, ALL things are possible. God bless everyone!
