I have one question if you may please help me My facebook ads with video running so good,it shows that many people seeing it like 10.000 daily but when i open the video,the views of video are so so low..I don't understand why facebook shows me good statistics of the ad if nobody watching the video
Does turning off/pausing an ad set OR DCT dynamic creative ad set for a period of time, say a few days or a week reset the learning phase too? Or is that just from making edits in the ad set? Does data reset when pausing an ad set/DCT?
What if my client is a ”school” and offers like 30 programs to study. They want each program to get at least some ad spend and test Which ones Do well. The application period is 3 months. 1. Putting it all into One adset with 30 different ads One for each program is going to result in some Never getting any adspend since we Cant control it at all. So here One needs 30 adsets… 2. No targeting here would be a bit of a mess? Like, One program is electrical engineering and One is dentist, I feel like I at least need One very broad targeting option like ”electrical engineer” to guide the targeting a bit. I might be wrong But some times its rly difficult to keep it very simple.
I would choose 1-3 of the BEST selling courses and start with those. You will struggle veryyyy much if you do all 30. It's going to be a mess. I would then make 3-4 creatives for each course. 2 videos, 1 image and carousel. Put them each into their OWN campaign. Have 2 ad sets in each: broad, and your interest of choice. then tets which campaign performs best. Hope this helps!
Believe it or not I have the opposite tracking issue. FB shows 1.5x conversions more than what I’m really getting. I guess it’s a good thing because it then is showing my ads to more people like who it thinks is opting in and it results in lower costs. FB reports that I’m getting leads at $2.35 when it’s really more like $4. 🤷🏽♀️ Have you experienced that at all?

Hi Vertex Good day We are facing a problem that facebook suddenly changed the status of all our previous completed ads (almost 100 ads ) to "rejected" status despite they are all approved and completed Then our page "seen" had been ad restricted because of that. We are shoked because we had only one rejected ad among 2 years.. Is there is any explanation for that Thanks

Are your creatives good? Have you gotten sales on your store BEFORE trying Facebook ads? If not, it's hard to say if it's your campaign or your product... Ads should run for at least 5-7 days and should spend 2-3x your target CPA so that Facebook can optimize for you.
