Hello, how are you ? I love your content. You explained it quickly and clearly, I love it ! I was wondering if you could help me figure something out please. I am having trouble with my videos uploading to facebook in ads manager. I have a Mac and none of my videos that I have on my computer will popup as an option for me to upload. I converted them on Canva to be sized for a facebook video ad and it still showing greyed out when trying to choose a video to upload. Have you come across this before? I have even tried a website that converts videos for you and still no luck. I also used what you suggested in your video and still no luck. Do you think imovie would work ? I think I have to some kind of upgrade in order to get it.I hope that I am making sense lol. Thanks!
Another question i have and i greatly appreciate if you can answer this, is what if you created a custom event on your events manager on facebook, then do you need to create google tag?

Found out that some unknown business account/portfolio took control of my Facebook page. However , I am still the only admin of my Facebook page but when i move cursor over that unknown portfolio, it says that this portfolio can give control of page to anyone or even delete the page. In order to remove my Facebook page from that unknown portfolio, I am required to send a request to them. It is crazy that the owner of the page is on the unsafe side. I don't know how that unknown portfolio started to show up and even removed my page from my know Business portfolios. Is there a way to get out of this? Also, can a business portfolio really delete the Facebook page, which is owned by someone else.?
Hi, I’ve tried the persist datalayer code on 2different websites and the code (for persisting the datalayer) doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas why this is not working?
I tried this, but the form isn't website original, but the script was put into the website, so I tried to find the correct information with F12 on the page, saw the form script, then looked for email and first name, but here was no value, just the ID. And it doesn't collect the data, unfortunately.
Thanks for the video, I have implemented this but i have an issue, the click ID, fbc seems to be returning undefined and this is affecting the event matching in Events Manager. Any help will be highly appreciated

Business manager and portfolio are the same thing :) it's possible you cannot if you have reached the maximum number of portfolio/managers for your account. most people are only allowed to create 1 when they start.

One question, if we want to push a "form submitted" event that triggers once a user fills the form, what can we put in the "custom event field", does the developers have to push the event name from their side on the code and we just copy and paste it? also knowing how to track purchase and purchase value it would be very helpful!

you can only see it on the ad set and ad level. you also would have needed to add multiple images/videos, primary texts, and headlines in order to see that break down option. did you do all that?

This video made me understand how things work A LOT! But I have a problem. I have been running ads in Business Suit, but when I go to Ads Manager, I don't see the ads that have run in the past.
@@VertexMarketingAgency the ad account is the same in ads manager and Suit. Now I'm not sure what I just did, but all the ads just appeared in the ads manager. Thank you!
I understand that we are using browser tracking as well as server side tracking here for Facebook and deduplicating via the unique ID that they both share. I'm then stumbling at the bit where we push GA4 data. Are we doing this server-side only as the GA4 tag is only set to send data to the Server container. Or should I have duplicate web-based events in the web container that sends events directly to GA4 too which is also deduplicated? Very helpful so far though - thank you.
Im A/B Testing in an ad set with 3 creatives. And one performs well. When I want to test more creatives, do I put them inside that same ad set and turn off the low performance ones. Or do I create a different ad set with the winning creative duplicated into it. And then add new creative tests in there? Please explain this A/B testing in detail...?

Any plans to get a 2024 updateds version? GA4 Configuration tags are no longer named that, and the ney "Google Tag" does not have a "Send event to server" field.
