@@yasamaaq I got lucky called Walmart and said YO YALL GAVE ME A FUCKED UP CASE! but the case was the issue so I would try buying a new one since the replacement is 110 dollars. IF! It’s a battery issue they will send you back the 110. If it’s water damage you gotta pay 110 dollars
@@YahMum69 I think mines a battery issue. I’ve had mine for over a year and all of a sudden the case won’t charge it has a green light for like 10 seconds then stops. Hoping this works.

My light isn’t flashing any color and when I’m holding it to reset it , it still isn’t flashing a color and idk how to fix it , I’ve tried cleaning it and all 🤦🏾♂️

Just called Apple it’s a hardware problem unfortunately. I’ve booked a repair but they’ll charge for it unless you state your consumer rights laws depending on what country your in, or there still under warranty or have an Apple Care Plan. Your best bet’s to take them in store or a licensed Apple technician which you can find more on by calling them up, but I don’t know if this would be covered in their costs of repair in terms of warranty etc.
Had any luck mines is like that as well what’s even weirder is the case will charge the AirPods but the case won’t charge itself so once the case runs out of battery the AirPods will eventually die too
Michael Hunter I experienced the same thing. I think the case is dead. I Will definitely take it to get repaired just in case there’s hope for it to live. I would advise you to just get new ones and treat the case better don’t let it fall on the floor.
My problem is my case charges the AirPods but the case won’t light up and allow me to charge it so once the battery runs out for it I won’t be able to charge the AirPods any solutions?
Chloe Chavez I believe it may just be an issue with the case itself I sent mine back through the mail since I had a warranty and they gave me a new one
Apple should at least give us a tips or instructions or whatever to fix these issues, nobody wants to pay 250$ on a headphones that can’t even charge after one week of using. BTW The cleaning method really worked, thank you so much 😊

@@josephshamon7824 I had the same problem but it is easily resolved. You just have to charge your airpods on another device. I was charging mine to an outlet in my bedroom and it wasn't making any light either, so I charged onto my computer (not required to be a Macbook) and it worked
Mine when u open it, it doest light up green or red :( and it doest show the battery it and it only light up when it’s charging it’s color red . Or maybe it’s low battery or my phone is to old bc it’s iPhone 6?

My case just doesn’t charge at all… I noticed that my AirPods died completely for the first time and so I went to charge them and left them there all night… when I wake up and go to use them it wasn’t connecting, it wasn’t even showing the percentage when they were in the case and close to my phone… so I went and turned on and off the Bluetooth and then tried it again and then it popped up saying everything was at 100%, my case and my AirPods, so I take them out the case and try connecting again but then it went automatically to a 0% and 1% and just blinking in and out. So I went to charge them but the case had the orange light for about 5 seconds (signaling that it was charging) then there was no light after those 5 seconds… so I thought it might be the charger so I tried charging my phone but it worked fine. So I tried holding the reset button for 15 seconds but the light wouldn’t even come on… WTF I only had them for 3 months or so and had no problems with them… how do I fix this I’m not trying to buy another pair.
@@draco9638 so what I did was just connect to my old air pods (2nd generation) and use those for about 2 hours and I let the others charge a bit (even if it doesn’t look like it’s charging) then I paired my pros with my phone again and then it seemed to work… so I would suggest to do that if you have another pair of air pods… or try completely forgetting the air pods and then charge them for a bit (even if they don’t charge) and then repair them… that’s how they started to work again for me
@@fenrir461 Ngl it was kind of accidental LMAOOO I was frustrated that my air pod pros weren’t working so I tried my old air pods but forgot one said doesn’t work so I had them in for like 10 mins but quickly got frustrated with them dying fast so I tried my air pod pros again and they began working again and I was hyped cause I thought I was going to have to buy new ones lol
I’m also having the same issue where the light on my case isn’t lighting up either red green or white but resetting the AirPods then putting the battery widget on the Home Screen seems to have worked for me it shows me what’s charging and what percentage it’s charges
The problem I have been having is that the case won’t charge. It shows the lights and it shows That it’s charging but it’s taking for ever I let them charge all night and the battery is only up 20%
@@Laurencarrington97 for me it seems it got a little better over time but it still takes like a ridiculous amount of time to charge even half way. I should have got the warranty when I bought them 🥲
Well, all I had to do was flip my cord around, I tried all this and nada. Legit just flipped the cord and plugged in and started to charge. Must be a flawed connector port in the case
Mine stopped working it didn’t show any little light charging with a plug or touching the back nothing was working I cleaned it and everything. It finally worked by charging wireless then suddenly charge they later started even charging with the plug
First tip should honestly be the last tip. It didn’t work so I locked myself out of at least using the AirPods because they were no longer connected. What ended up working for me was getting a wireless charger. Hope this helps for someone!
Same that’s the only way mine charge, but for some reason they jump around with the % because even if I leave it on all day they might charge to 100% or stay at 3% and if the case gets to 100% it drops back to 3% within 12houes
@@bibby1391 I'm not an expert but I do know that sometimes the battery or something connected to the battery gets loose and it messes with how charged it is. It may need to be tightened. Again I'm not an expert so I'm not sure if that's the actual case.

please help 😭. my airpods stopped working months ago. they flash amber when the airpods are in it and when they’re out it’s just solid amber. they don’t sync individually. even when i press the button nothing changes except sometimes the flashing amber will skip a beat. they don’t connect to my phone. i’ve held the button for MINUTES and it still doesn’t work.
Pro tip: If your case has no status light I mean the White Amber, Red Light, and Green that means you probably need to charge your case. How do you do that? My first recommendation would be to clean the lighting port and inside the case. If this still doesn’t work you can use an Apple Watch charger, put your AirPods Pros on it give a couple minutes and you should be fine. This worked for me I hope it works for you
@@BHHFilmfirst they would only go to pairing mode and I always had to manually connect with one of the pods out and now the case has no light and the case has no light no matter what
This shouldn't even be an issue my airpods case is dead as hell. So I can't connect to anything or update anything. It is on the charging pad and the pad recognizes it but the case has no light still. Will leave overnight and check in the morning but this is bullshit.

hi, I've got a problem where my airpods pro case shows as if it's 100% charged on my phone, always has green led indicator, when I plug it in to charge it blinks amber and it won't restart when I hold the button on the back? No matter how long I hold it while trying the reset proces?
@@syeanmilan6393 i figured it out. Mine were fake lmao. You can figure it out (for me atleast) by the connection sound. Look up the sound it should make. Mine is totally different so it’s basically fake. They still work fine tho

I just got my AirPod pros today and have used them with the battery they already came with. I am using my own lightning cable bc the cable that came with the AirPods does not come with a power adapter. My case and AirPods are dead because the light won’t come on or show up on my phone. Help?
Warren I found the solution. Apparently they’re like DEAD DEAD if that makes sense? So I bought a $10 wireless charger on target and tried it out and my AirPods started charging! Like apparently when they’re dead like nooo battery left the regular lightning charger might not work? So after charging w the wireless charger, once it has a little better on it it’s able to charge w the lightning charger! Stupid but it works! My AirPods are fine lol
My Airpods pro do charge when connected ONLY with lightning cable connected. It does not charge from the case though. Any clue? The Case show 100% charged most of the time. Issue: Airpods wont charge from Case when not connected via cable. (non wireless charging case) Any help or links for similar issue will be appreciated.
This is what i did to make it work again. hold the back button while its all the charger at the same time . it came back on for me hope this helps somebody 💪🏾

@@stezz1084 I had once dropped my AirPod into the toilet, I washed it with water like I probably got some problems with my brain. It starts buzzing after washing it with water. I tried to reset the AirPods. It looks normal after washing it, however, they sometimes cannot be charged or connected idk why. The issues were completely fixed after trying the clean method

Hey, so recently I bought AirPods Pro and out of no where a charging problem started. The left one did not charge but the right one was charging and I put them inside the charger at the same time. There was a huge gap, the left one was 3% and the right one was 90% something. I took them out, put it inside the case again 2-3 times. Nothing happened. So I searched it up and on Apple's official site it said to reset it and start it again. So I did that and it looked like the charger was charging again. I went somewhere for 5 minutes and when I came back the left one was 73% charged. So I was a bit shocked. In such a small amount of time it didn't seem possible for it to charge that quickly. Anyways I did not take them outside their case, left it in the case and the next morning it's battery was 40ish%. I did not use them the whole night so it didn't make sense. Anyways, the following next two days I continued to use and I think I charged the case once (or twice maybe) and it looked as if it was normal but later today I put them inside their cases and when I tried to see the battery it didn't show up on my phone and when it showed up, again the left one did not charge as much as the right one and there was a glitch.
@@tristanlady Hey there just wanted to tell you that I sent my AirPods back to Apple and they tried to find the problem- it took 2-3 weeks. Eventually, they were able to find the problem. Apparently there was a problem with the left AirPod and they changed the left one with a new one. So, I would highly suggest you to send yours to Apple. I hope this comment helped you! I have fully charged mines but even at 100% the right one is still charging( it show the charging signal beneath it) 2 sec later when i open the case to see the battery status it shows 94% for the right bud, 2 sec later it shows 97%, you get the point, but after 1 min it shows 70%
Maybe this might help y’all cause I just figured out what was wrong with mine. It was the case it’s not your air pod. For some fuckin crazy odd reason my left one will charge but the right won’t. So I check the case and there is too much space between the air pod and the charger piece in the case so I folded a piece of paper and put it against the air pod and now it charges smh this shit is fuckin stoopid fuck Apple foreal
Someone please help me. I tried cleaning my airpods after it didn’t work. I used alcohol and tissue paper and little ear cloths things and also a microfiber cloth. I also used toothpicks so I don’t know. They were working fine two days ago. I might have put too much moisture in the ports inside the case. Maybe I don’t know. Please help. 🙏
