6 Hours in Lisbon Portugal: Our Highlights and Review!

We spent a night in Lisbon, Portugal, returning from our Royal Caribbean Odyssey of the Seas transatlantic cruise. The layover gave us 6 hours to explore the city on our own self-made walking tour. We visited the neighborhoods of Chiado and Alfama as well as the downtown streets leading to the Arco do Triunfo (Arch of Triumph).

Yes, we do now!! An amazing person at a shoe store in Florida hooked us up! She’s a real one!! And, it turns out there’s a better way for Crystal to tie her shoes! All these years old and we learned something new. Needless to say, it was a great experience. O. to new adventures!

Lisbon is called, like Rome, the City of 7 Hills. If you're a local, you'll know that there are several free public elevators to help you ease your legs up Lisbon's huge staircases. ehehe

We certainly are far from local but really appreciate your wonderful city. We hope to return for a longer stay and make use of the elevators you mentioned. It is a great idea and we did pass one but wasn't sure exactly what it was. Certainly didn't realize there were more. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the clarification. We tried to choose appropriate music and did research music that was considered Portuguese. Sorry if the choices were mislabeled.
