my only criticism is the ring pull things aren't gadgets a such they are designed to help people with physical impairments. so for people with arthritis, after a stroke, etc they are fantastic

ShariSez1 Teaspoons work for those with healthy hands but they are too small to be useful for someone with severe arthritis. Great gadget!

The ring pull can opener is a must have gadget of my grandma because her hands are pretty weak by now. It is not exactly useless especially for someone who has a weak hands

Runar Andersen people use their nails to open those type of cans..? Lol wtf, I have insanely strong long natural nails(when I don't have my acrylics done) and I would never use my nail for that. I've only been able to open those easily on the rare occasions that I've chopped my nails short 🤔

The proper use for leftover turkey and such is hot open-face turkey sandwiches. Slice of bread, turkey, mashed potatoes, then gravy/cranberry sauce/stuffing/whatever else you have around, served hot.

James - Ravenclaw, would end up hyper-focusing on a couple of subjects to the detriment of all others. Mike - Gryffindor, horrible at lying and too trusting when being lied to and has tinnitus, probably from doing something stupidly daring. Jamie - Slytherin, lets face it, we all know what a sh*t he is during battles. Ben - Hufflepuff, hardworking and loyal, would be Prefect and Head Boy and part of the Chess Club, Gobstone Club and even the Choir (though he is terrible at the last one). And Barry, well, he is a squib, but he tries.

The ring pull can opener, is actually very useful for people with hand and wrist problems for who the ring pull is to (for instance) painful to use, this way they have a larger object to hold on to, making it possible to hold on to that piece off there independence. Speaking for personal experience very useful :)

I wouldn't think it would help much, since it still requires you to torque your wrist. As someone with both arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome, all I saw there was a bit more pain! D:

When used properly in my experience it does really help, I have multiple problems with my joints (Ehlers Danlos), tendinitis, a messed up surgery and so on. Using the pull tab thingy it mostly comes down to one finger, using the gadget spreads the load and because of the design there is a bit of a lever action going on, taking a bit of the load.

thanksgiving stuffed french toast. turkey breast, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes between two pieces of day old bread (use the bread of rolls from thanksgiving if you can) pressed in a sandwich maker and then dipped in egg and milk and fried in a pan until golden. top with gravy and more cranberry sauce.

We always make something called Turkey and Broccoli Lasagne. It is totally beyond perfect taste wise. The leftover Turkey is mixed into the Bechamel sauce and there is no “Red Sauce “.

I don't do thanksgiving, and I generally resort to my mum's turkey curry recipe at Christmas (common I know!) but the idea that just came into my head was for leftover Christmas Wellington. Crumbled turkey and stuffing in shortcrust pastry with a layer of brussels pate OR cranberry sauce. Simple, delicious and means you can use any leftover gravy!

If you have a lot of corn to cut off the cob: work at table height for best leverage; stand the ear up on the center of a tube pan. Easy to keep the ear in place, and every kernel gets captured inside the pan. Clever you!

Stuff like the ring-pull aren't made for people like you, who have all their strength and can easily open the lid without help, it's made for people with disabilities and elderly people. Don't make fun of that. It's like suggesting a wheelchair is useless, because you are lucky enough to be able to walk on your own. Yes, it's no help for you personally, but it's great that it exists!

I make turkey soup afterwards with some mirepoix veg. There's usually leftover mashed potatoes, and I mix them with Bisquick to make cloud dumplings for the soup. There's always more than just Turkey left over. With stuffing, I add a little oil and mash it down in a pie pan and bake it to make a sort of crust, then I make a quiche with some turkey and cranberries.

I like how the guys with nothing to do sit around behind the people cooking just chilling and backseat cooking at times xD reminds me of my family. We always congregate in the kitchen 😁
