Thanks for creating this video! I am working on creating tools to support my teams that manage projects but are not experienced project managers and this is critical info to share and the way you present it is very easy to understand.
In real life at least corporations in CT - daily meetings- meeting mania - PMO thousand of standards none understands - nonsense involving stakeholders, not just with focus and responsibility but because they have a title- hierarchy and “is the way is always going to be” involved everyone - Risks? They want the PM to identify by him/herself with no support from Solution Architect, or IT operations, or Infrastructure teams At least this happens over and over during “so called IT projects”
