I'm Still Amazed At How Much POWER These MPC's Give You For Well Under 3000 Dollar's. This Current Generation Don't Realize How Lucky They Are. AMAZING !
You are right… equipment like keyboard and MPC’s was thousands and computer music wasn’t where it’s at now. I had to wait until I was grown to afford some of this stuff. If I started this in Junior High and HS when I had all the free time I would be so far ahead. Shoutout to the folks who had parents to support them.

Question. Is there a way to trigger a pad with some sort of LFO or transient shaper? My thought is using a high hat audio loop with some sort of transient shaper to read the transients of the audio file and have that trigger a pad. Basically a way to rip audio rhythm to midi.
Dam man ty for all your hard work you put in to make these videos they have helped me soooo much. Here's a question for you: On the MPC Live 2 how do you set up the pads to only light up when they're pressed so I can watch what pads are being played back?
