Hey loves
Today I’m showing you my butt exercises that I do from home. Do these exercises to get the butt you’ve always wanted. Not a single piece of equipment is needed. Do this routine 3-4 times a week and you’ll become more satisfied with the results.

1. Hip Thrusts (2 sets 20 reps) 2. Lunges(2 sets 20 reps) 3. Side lunges (2 sets 20 reps) 4. Donkey kicks (2 sets 20 reps each leg) 5. Fire hydrants (2 sets 20 reps each leg) 6. Leg lifts (2 sets 20 reps each leg) 7. Squats (2 sets 25 reps) 8. Day 1: Got through it alright, was shaking a lot (Mar. 15th) Day 2: My body was so damn sore but I got through it shaking even more lmao (Mar. 16th) Day 3: Can barely walk right, but exercise was a lot easier today (Mar. 17th) Day 4: Still sore, but I'm trusting the process since soreness proves it's working. Work out is getting even easier (Mar. 18th) Day 5: It's been a stressful day today, so I didn't work out. But I'm going to do it twice tomorrow to make-up for it. (Mar. 19th) Day 6: Starting to see a little bit of results (Mar. 20th) Day 7: Work outs are super easy now, my booty is popping, but I'm not gonna stop now (Mar. 21st) Day 8: Today went very well, did my workouts while I was watching a movie lol (Mar. 22nd) Day 9: Everything is pretty much the same, I did my workouts fine. (Mar. 23rd) Day 10: I got lazy and skipped, so I planned to do it twice the next day. (Mar. 24th) Day 11: Lmao I skipped it again because I'm lazy and quarantine got me like dead and unmotivated (Mar. 25th) Day 12: Today I'm going to work out twice as hard. It wasn't hard at all! My legs are definitely gonna be a little sore tomorrow since I didn't work out for 2 days straight but it's alright. (Mar. 26th) Day 13: Back on the grind and workouts are still a go. (Mar. 27th) Day 14: Legs are a little bit sore but I'm still kicking it! (Mar. 28th) Day 15: Legs are still sore. Working out is definitely helping my booty get bigger and perkier! (Mar. 29th) Day 16: Workout was pretty good, my legs aren't sore anymore lol (Mar. 30th) Day 17: I had a bad headache and my body was burning up so I wasn't feeling good at all enough to workout. (Mar. 31st) Day 18: I cleaned the house for hours so I didn't work out, but I'll work out tomorrow! (April 1st) Day 19: Work out went very well! Still getting it lol (April 2nd) Day 20: Keeping it up on the workout. For those wondering, it actually does work! (April 3rd) Day 21: Still going with the workout (April 4th) Day 22: Skipped today, I felt unmotivated. Will work out tomorrow (April 5th) Day 23: Work out went great, still going (April 6th) Day 24: Getting on the grind, going smoothly (April 7th) Day 26: Work out went good, booty is still nice and perky (April 8th) Day 27: Still getting it lol (April 9th) Day 28: I skipped today, I was busy with some stuff (April 10th) Day 29: Work out went very well, also played badminton so I got more exercise done I guess lol (April 11th) Day 30: Didn't work out today, but I was still playing badminton lol (April 12th) Day 31: Work out went very smoothly as per usual (April 13th) Day 32: Worked twice as hard today (April 14th) Day 33: Last day. I think overall this work out toned my booty and made it perkier. I'm pretty skinny naturally for my size and my thighs are small (they've gotten a bit bigger) but like I said before, this workout works in different ways for many people. I suggest you still try it and give it your best shot anyway because you don't know how it'll work for you. Thank you all for following me in this journey and being patient with my crazy self. Sadly I did not measure or take pictures of the before look, but I have started seeing some results. When I wasn't working out, I was so unmotivated because of this whole quarantine thing. I live in Louisiana so it's really rough out here. Anyway like I said before, everyone should try this work out. It keeps you busy doing something inside your home! (April 15th)

This honestly works. I’ve been doing it since April and my ass is noticeable in anything I wear . I recommend doubling up the reps though , it’ll give you better results . Also be consistent !

Did this but i did 25 each 4 times . And saw big results in 2 weeks. I got tired and wanted to give up but when i saw the results i got more enthusiastic . And yes i did take a break every saturday , but thats the only day .

ok here’s my overview so far: day one: definitely shaky after...my legs feel like jelly day two: shaky afterwards still, but i didn’t rly take that many breaks in between day three: definitly easier and not as shaky. I even did it twice! day four: didn’t do it bc i was busy day five: did it and wayyy easier...a little unmotivated bc i’m not seeing results yet, but everyone’s body’s different so i’m just gonna keep on going!! remind me to keep you guys posted!

I been doing this since Monday: Day 1 : very sore Day 2 : still abit sore but easier to do the exercises Day 3 : still a tiny bit sore Day 4 : not sore at all much easier to do the exercises Day 5 : no sore, my body got used to doing it Day 6 : feeling achy for 20 mins then the pain goes after than. Will update when it gets to 2 weeks hopefully will start seeing a change. 😊

(Week 1) Day 1: hurt a lot Day 2: hurt a lot Day 3: got slightly easier thighs still burning Day 4: seeing a slight change Day 5: same as before but workout is easy Day 6: easy workout Day 7: thighs getting a lot bigger and so is bum (Week 2) Day 8: Thighs hurt a lot, you can see the change from day 1 Day 9: legs killed Day 10: easy to do legs still hurt from pervious day tho and added 10 more squats and 5 more of each other excersize Day 11: Legs killing Day 12: notice a bit more change, thighs are bigger when sitting down but standing up is a different story. Can now fit in shorts that couldn’t fit in before. Day 13: legs hurt a lotttt bum is looking way bigger than when I first started but it’s still small Day 14: legs hurtish (Week 3) Day 15: fine and easy Day 16: hurt while doing the workout Day 17: don’t see a change from day 14 yet but can feel the muscles in my thighs Day 18 - 23: I took a break to let the muscles rest since nothing was changing. Day 24: sore asf but felt good doing it again Update every few days or so make sure to remind me

Day 1: tiring but I’ll get through Day 2 : legs kinda hurt Day 3 : my legs are KILLING me but I noticed in the front of my thighs kinda goes outwards so I think that’s a good sign :) Day 4: wow slight difference at the bottom of my buttocks (fold underneath the bum) really sore but anything for you all ! I know how it feels (Like to remind me)

OMG thank you! I’m starting today I will update on January 18th my results UPDATE: it has been 2 weeks and I’m happy cause I started seeing results, it really works. I have recently added more exercises to the routine and increased the repetitions. UPDATE (18th January): I had a lot of exams so I dindt train too much but anyways I will give you my most honest opinion. This routine is good cause you can clearly start seeing results and tone up but is quite basic if you want to achieve big results (a BIG botty). You can use it for start working out but after the second week it’s necessary that you add more repetitions and different exercises. Otherwise you feel that you aren’t really working. Also you can add weight or use resistance bands. To sum up, this routine works with no doubt but keep adding more exercises for adapt your body to his new exigences.

trust me y'all the first few days it does hurt but give it sometime it won't hurt as much as it did in the beginning. for those who need some motivation. never give up when it starts to get hard. it is going to be hard but don't put to much pressure on yourself the more pressure you put on yourself the more you start to give up and doubt yourself. don't just do this because you feel like you have to please someone else do it for yourself. because at the end of the day you have to do what makes you happy. happiness is key. letttt meee telll youuu!!!!! in the beginning i did not wanna keep on doing this but 5 days in it stop hurting as much cause my body was getting used to it and i just kept telling myself that it's all going to be worth it. cause a little bit more booty is much needed LOL ....

ElenaReacts i started this work out about a month and a half ago and the results are great I was able to see them in less then 3 weeks and I did it either 7 or 6 times a week totally recommended

I’m going to be doing this for a week and updating along the way, I have done this workout before and I got results but I got pregnant and had to stop. I’ll keep you guys updated like, to help me remember :)🤍 Day1: I only did 1 rep bc I got light headed, but I will do all the reps tomorrow ❤️ day 1 felt easy but I got out of breath fast Day2:I’m so sore but it’s going good and I’m starting to feel my legs getting stronger Day 3: sorry I didn’t do it for a bit because I am still bleeding from having a baby but I did it today none stop ✋ I was also doing a tummy workout so my heart rate was already up and I got super sweaty 💕

do them and give yourself a time to check; like a 30 day challenge. also check to see if you should do these everyday or every other day...sometimes doing these every other day is more effective. let us know you progress. day 1 for me but i've done this workout in the past just wasn't consistent

doing well. I'm a slender woman though so I have a lot of room to grow and see improvement. It may be different for those with a different body type. Was actually exercising rn. I do this, 150 lunges, and Jeff cavalieres 7 minute abs. Anything Athlean-x is amazing.

Okay y'all im gonna try it!! Lets see what happens..!!! Day1: it was a little hard but i felt the burn in my abs too and bum.. 👍🏼😋 Day 2: im feeling the burrnn omygoshh!! Its just amazing i will kepp doing this for maybe 2 months lets see btw today i did it twice... Day 3: same as yesterday.. While doing the workout it hurt a little but its obvious so yeah.. Day 4: i dont se any results but my bum feels tighter and looks little shaped round (did it 3 times today and yeah yesterday too 3 times) :))) Day 5:im feeling more and more confident wearing tight jeans and Its just amazing!!! I DIDNT WRITE A MONTH DOWN Day 36: wooww i can see the results and did it 3times today Day 45: OMG TODAY WE WAS AT AN AQUAPARK WITH MY CLASS AND I WAS WEARING A BIKINI (obviously) AND MY CRUS IN THE WATER JUST GRABBED MY BUMM!!!( we are in the same class) AND SAID THAT YOU GOT GOOD BOOTY BABIGIRL!!! OMGGHOOSHHH!! THIS GOT ME SOO MOTIVATED!! Day 46: OMG sorry for yesterday i was too over excited but yeah btw did it 4 times and every week i have rest 2 days Day 52: sorry i didnt have that much time BUT MY CRUSH ASKED MY OUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY IM GOIN W HIM OUT!!!! Day 53: wow yesterday it was soo good i mean duh.. Today i did it 3 times.. I can really see the results from when i started this workout.... Thank you soo muchh Tiffanieray!!! CoronaBreak from school got me wanting to workout: -my progress.. (Been doing this workout for ten minutes & i feel the burn..) Day 1 : sore in the right places: outer thighs&booty Day 2: definitely harder to do than yesterday but i don’t feel as sore after wards Day 3: seeing results, rounder for sure ( muscles ache but not as difficult to do the workout as day 2 ) Day 4: taking a break to let my body heal.. (really sore) Day 5: again, letting my body adjust ( you don’t want to overdo it ) Day 6: seeing progress, perky & i noticed this is also helping my hip dips Day 7 : not as sore as usual after doing the entire workout, helping my abs too Working out 3 times a week - will come back in a month with an update

Day One: Pretty easy started gettin a lil hard towards the end and def felt it Day Two: Thighs were very sore in the morning and when I did the workout again, it felt easier though Day Three: Not as sore as before in the thighs, def feel the strain when doing squats and fire hydrants, getting easier, suggest stretching afterwards Day Four: Barely feeling sore anymore the workout is getting wayyyy easier, keep stretching afterwards, thighs are feelin stronger😂 Day Five: Didn’t feel any type of soreness in the morning and didn’t struggle wit the workout at all! I can even do it without allat of breaks. I think imma check back in inna month, see uu😌🤍 UPDATE: YALL IT WORKS sorry it took so long😭I’ve been meaning to come back
