I just stumbled on this video and I'm very glad I did, while there were some things I already knew, there was a lot more that has added on how to please future partners. I think what I will remember the strongest is talking and asking a woman if she finds pleasure in what I am doing. Also the topic discussed during the 'Cutting the lips' section is a type of plastic surgery called labiaplasty.

Great points. It took me years to figure out the art of “true” foreplay. For me, in my male mind, I approached it as becoming comfortable and indeed learning to thoroughly enjoying “teasing” a female partner. Another thing we aren’t taught is that foreplay for her isn’t just before intercourse. I can last hours or even days. I LOVE when it’s days. Doing the little things you know she loves makes all the difference. As you’re leaving for work, unexpectedly deeply kiss her or give her a playful smack on her bottom as she walks by telling her how great she looks is awesome for you and her. Keep it respectful but definitely express unmistakable interest in her sexually. Reassure her of how much you care and are devoted to her and you’d LOVE some time with her very soon. Unexpected touches, unexpected displays of devotion, and special attention to the small things is key and is foreplay for her. Also, too much of a good thing is not wonderful. Everything in moderation and always keep her guessing and don’t do anything long enough to even become slightly repetitive or annoying. If she enjoys clitoral stimulation, indulge her - but playfully and don’t dwell there. She will enjoy it much more if she is yearning for that touch. If it’s nipple stimulation, same exercise and never use the same “dance moves”. Switch it up. Also, for me, keeping sex in the bedroom and strictly confined to the bed was sexually devastating. So men, take your time! If you are sincere and are present with your full attention on her pleasure with no pressure - those kinds of thoughts of reciprocation or of her returning your effort will melt away and she’ll feel free to let go and you’ll be a very happy man and as a couple - you will be one in a way that is extremely rare these days. This is what I learned over a lifetime and have discussed with younger men and friends. Take it for what it is and if you get something from it - I am a happy man. IMO this is packed with good information. One of the most important, confirming my own life-gathered knowledge, is that there are lots of differences between women (just as there are between men). Not all women want, or will receive pleasure from, the same things. That is where exchange of information becomes essential. And you've laid out ways to open that book. Another very important point is that both partners must focus on themselves and on each other, for the best possible experience. This involves some effort, but it is well worth the minimal 'trouble' to do so. One final bit of information is the way these things change with age. We men, with age, become more similar to what is often described as the female pattern of sexual pleasure - slower to build, longer to stay aroused, more of a prolonged-pleasure experience. At 75, I still feel absolutely incredible during love-making, and more attuned to my partner's experience than when I was younger. The "goal" has changed from "get there fast" to "make it last" - and last - and last - and last - . . . Fred

I was 20 when I got married, 40 when she left and divorced at 44. I was an oral sex guru until she left and then I had different partners where I learned that you cannot ever please every woman using the same techniques. It is very much a learning process ... you should be able to talk to one another during sex no differently than if you're having breakfast together ... communication is your only chance of achieving success... You mentioned that our only real wide spread exposure to sex education is pornography ... and the unfortunate reality about that is that the actors don't know each other and don't have any kind of established connection to where communication even happens during the filming and so we get this idea in our heads that there should be no talking during sex and that makes us not speak up about things that we like or the things that bother us or don't work for us, which can then snowball into dissatisfaction with the relationship where a little communication could have avoided all of that and even brought you closer to the person you're with. Communication really is everything in relationships - on every level and aspect of the relationship.

Good communication was the key for me. My second wife was a really long distance relationship, like 2600 miles and an international border long distance. We met in an online game, Starcraft Broodwars. It started as flirting. Then we started chatting outside the game on ICQ, a long forgotten early chat. Before MSN, if anyone remembers that! Great video. You were hitting all around something I would like to expand upon. When it comes to intimacy, and ultimately the orgasm, women are ~80% emotional and ~20% physical. Men are almost the opposite. What I mean by that is that women need to be connected emotionally to their partner and in a generally heightened emotional state in order to be sexually fulfilled, and experience an orgasm. She has to be feeling emotionally fulfilled first, before the physical act then takes her over the top. Please feel free to tell me if you believe differently. Also, you mentioned communication. That is paramount. Partners need to know each others likes and dislikes. And as much as we don't want to sound like a little league baseball coach in the bed, we may have to sacrifice the first time or two just talking and directing our partner. As you said, women don't like to give guidance. But men don't often read their signals either. So talk it out in the beginning. And it will lead to something incredible for both partners.
