No. It's not completely the same way as with breasts. There's a practical difference. Some positions/activities become harder if it's too small (or too large) Unless we're talking about "Spanish" or licking your own nipples, that's really not the case for breasts

As a 5"7 145lbs man. I can't complain. If "Average" size is 5.5 inches for all men , I feel for the tall or wide men. My woman likes to say 5"7 high and 7.5 Long, looks freakishly big.
