Thank you so much, just found you today, we share the same COVID birthday first week in March - 6 month anniversary fast approaching. Just watched all your vids, so many of your experiences were mine too. Look after yourself and don't underestimate how much you have helped others.

Omygoodness what a priceless comment thank you so much - I have found it so helpful to connect with others having the same experience and knowing it's being received by others just makes it all worth it! Take good care - rest easy big hugs xx

Thank you so very much for this Jenny. Without a doubt the most helpful thing I’ve watched so far on Long Covid ( and believe me like all L.C. patients I’ve watched a lot!) This was positive, honest and inspirational. I hope your house move goes well.

Thank you so much for your efforts to share your experience and insights.I have had a similar covid journey to you, coming up to 6 months off work. Up and down at a very very low baseline. I too am slowly dropping out more and more energy drains to try to regulate my emotions more. But still.spending most of most days in bed.take care x

I'm so sorry your going through this. I had a auto immune reaction to a medical device called Essure. I've had ME/CFS. Low dose naltrexone which is an immune modulator has helped me and a lot of other people with a ton of autoimmune diseases. I was bedridden prior to using it. Also From Fatigue to Fantastic by Dr Teitelbaum might have some helpful information also. Just keep trying to get better. And yes you are right about trying different things.

I haven't tried LDN yet but used Tietlebaums methods years ago when I was first figuring out my ME/CFS. I've been a patient of the integrative medicine clinic The Optimum Health Clinic for 10 years. I never stop trying :)

@@jennysrp For 2 friends it worked Great!!! 2.5 months of long covid, excruciating headaches, fever attacks, fatigued, and man with the hammer fatigue.......It was gone in 2 days with each day 3mg of ivermectin. I watched video of flccc , in which long hauler stated she got rid of long covid in 3 days. Could hardly believe it. But turns out to be true.
