I have been on Evorel 100: 6.4 mg estradiol/patch two patches twice a week in the first 3 months but now my doctor has told me to go up to four patches a week 2 on Tuesday and 2 on Saturday

I love your energy Hannah, I can remember 3 month's in once i got on estrogen, i got up on my brothers fortieth birthday, and suddenly i had this hard stinging pain behind my nipple. My sister in law came in, and she said are you okay and told her, she said oooohhhhh! someones getting their boobs :) And yes hot flashes suck, i remember being at work, and was trying to get some work done and a friend came up to me and said are you okay and i said no, i feel like 100% in here and she ahhhh!!! is some having a hot flash? sucks hu, hun? :) But above all else, anyone whom wants to know about what its like being on estrogen if your transgender? for me it was like getting glasses in the right prescription, everything you were missing or just not seeing what you were missing is clear. Stuff i thought i was so important I can say nope, not important, and other stuff that i ignored or lost, i have to go wow i was focusing on all the wrong stuff trying to ignore what i didn't want to deal with. Now with that out of the way things are just so much better, it was like i had a fog over my brain and thoughts and its gone. On a personal note here in america we are trying to pass protection for LGBTQ people one fear is that transgender people are fakes and i know in my heart-mind i cannot see a straight person going through transition just to go into their opposite genders spaces. I think-feel it would be so awkward and you would be an alien in your own body and mind that i just don't think a straight person would do. I don't feel bad about using the woman's restroom, changing or buying a dress or make up, cause i'm a girl and for those guys whom want to wear a dress or makeup or if trying on a dress and this is just me personally if you do use the woman's changing room to do so, please just show us respect and i will tell you if that easy breezy beautiful garments looks good on you or not :) but for all the fear if your a pervert your a pervert regardless of being trans or cis, you gender should not define your actions ever, if you do wrong then your simply wrong not cause straight or LGBTQ, and if you've been hurt by one i'll be glad to be your friend and show you through wisdom and compassion we are not the enemy.
