I'm really happy for you! The results are amazing! I never knew there was an option like this as I'm a bigger guy myself. The thing that's the most uncomfortable me the most is my mons area. Hope that I can get this surgery too one day!

Hey there internet pal! 😊 Your underarm scarring: I've been looking into micro-needling for scar revisions, it's pretty much just like a non-ink tattoo pen that pokes and thickens the skin to hide the scar better (scarring on top of the scar?) I haven't looked into the details, but my underarm scars look like yours and I've been half-heartedly looking into buying one for home use. I have more than just a few scars I'd want to try it on (also I definitely need to do more research into different types of tips/needles and such as well, so you have to do your own research if it's something you think you can do on your own) I think you look very handsome from head to toe! You've always been a great guy, and your outer glow shows through even more 🌟☺ Great to see you happy! I agree about the "body standards" thing, and also miffed at any doctor for telling anyone it wouldn't "look right" because of our weight for any reason. That's for us to decide (within reason of course)! My doctors have told me they wouldn't do any surgeries on me unless I lost weight, and that my loose skin had to show signs of infection before I could get it removed, so I decided to stay plump. Then they get mad at me for that too! I told them they don't give me "desirable options" either way. (I'm in the U.S. and on medical assistance [PIP I think it's called over there?], and they only cover so much for gender transition stuff. I'm also on disability and I can't save up any money for any surgeries because of the assets limits on the program I'm on). Thank you for the updates! I like to see how things progress so it's easier to make any decisions of my own for what I'd like to have done (everyone's different of course!), I haven't had a vag-ectomy yet or labiaplasty/metoidio, those would be my next things on my list if I have the money (I have to win the lottery lol) I still think it's interesting they can use some of the skin (if I get skin removal) and use that for phallo, but I'm almost 50, so debating just keeping things as they are and going for smaller goals at this point in my life. Decisions decisions! My only advice there would be to do things while younger and bodies are more resilient then they are when age sets in! 🫣🧓

I'm so happy for you! But what is wrong with that surgeon?! Refusing a surgery because it wouldn't look good in their opinion?! Their aesthetic preferences don't matter here, only the patient's aesthetic preferences should matter! The surgeon should only contribute their medical expertise, but not force their own aesthetic preferences on their patients!
