Drake been double teamed his whole career, they had no secondary help, he has a 90th percentile win rate on routes run, i cant wait tor everyone to eat their words. God bless
Now that I’ve drafted I can tell my secret sauce, I was doing the RB sandwich with rds 1&4 for wr and 2&3 for RB for ur main points at first, 2nd rnd WRs were overvalued AF this year!!!
One thing I think you're missing is year #3 is the year most young receivers have breakout years. Garret Wilson, London, Olave, Watson all going into year 3. It's happens time and time again Cee Dee Lamb, Tyreek Hill, Cupp, Hopkins. Although, I don't believe Watson can stay healthy. Comparing Rashee Rice who has Mahomes to London who's had nobody at QB is insane.
Nice list until Watson. His risk is priced in where he's going. If he stays healthy he's going to smash that ADP, and if he doesnt he's probably your 4th WR so not going to hurt you too badly.' I'm not down on Diggs, but with the change in teams and increased competition he's probably slightly overpriced for where he is going.
Watson is going to BLOW up this year if he stays on the field. When healthy, he is a TD machine and generates over 50% of his team's red zone targets. Last year Watson had 27 to Doubs 33 and Reeds 23 despite missing 8 games.
If im a rookie QB , im looking for MR reliable, Keenan Allen, everyone is sleeping on him, im picking him up this year, everyone slept on evans last year and that was my pick last year. Keenan is goated
keegan has no clue about the klint kubiak offense. he is talking about adot in a completely different system. 2023 saints had the lowest rate of pre snap motion and the lowest rate of play action passing in the league. Now they have Klint Kubiak who had the 3rd highest pre snap motion in the league and runs a ton of play action. a 4.38 guy like olave running plays out of motion will change everything.
I think the pre snap motion and moving Olave around is exactly what he needs to take another step. Cant just have him on the outside running deep every play. My point is Kubiak has a lot to prove still as an OC. He’s been in a lot of good systems with pro bowl / all pro talents. He’s got lemons here, time to make some lemonade though
The content is great. The delivery is like dry toast. I actually laughed when one said Allen is getting old. I tend to not watch these videos, most of the time I’m taking notes. My perspective is more based on listening and less on watching. If you asked me how old you guys were, I would probably guess late forties to mid-fifties. Having said that, I did subscribe.
You guys are starting to get really good at this . I can't disagree with any of these takes. Diggs is one that could prove us wrong. He has been historically great when playing for a contract. I think his lack of production last year (in the second half) was 90% due to bad effort pissing off Allen. I think this year he might work his ass of for that next payday. I am still avoiding the guy though because it's also possible he and Stroud butt heads and he gets released or traded. Think of a slightly less volatile Antonio Brown. Ya I'll pass even tho that scenario is a longshot
@@themarcg they were both cucked by the worst coach in NFL history, so I still have faith in their talent. Add to that they have an actual QB who can sling it... we got a winning formula 😀
I'm not a Diggs guy but does anyone else feel like Stefon Diggs' terrible performance in the second half of last year was more about his attitude than his ability? He does seem to have lost a little bit but he also was obviously not happy. At the end of 2022 he was publicly beefing with Josh Allen on the sideline of games. That's something you just don't do. Then he was missing from practice and the head coach originally said he didn't know about it and then reversed that statement and said everything was fine, etc.. He's one of those diva wide receivers that caused issues in Minnesota before going to Buffalo. Great job on the video guys. Liked and subbed. Best of luck to you.
Truly think the offense being called in the back half of the year dropped his production + it seemed like the deep threat part of his game took a step back. As a pretty consistent Diggs supporter the past 5 years I’m not going to put all of that on him. He’s also entering the age where you have to think of the cliff, comes for everyone.
@@MrKeeganT Absolutely right, he's at that point of his career in which you have to think about age, but WR's can still perform at a high level at this age. Yes, the play calling also played a part in Diggs' results but he is better than he played and I'm saying that being someone that doesn't really like Diggs. He may surprise a lot of people and end up being a PPR machine in Houston, unless Dell takes that role and runs with it. I'm trying to avoid all of those guys unless they come at a discount, simply because it can go any way imaginable. My money is on Dell, at least after the first few weeks of the season. It should be an interesting year with those 3 receivers, that's for sure.
@notsosilentmajority1 he's still good too many ppl at the table nico tank diggs same with eagles wrs yes take them at the right price first 2 picks are guys who are getting that volume amon ra jefferson chase Garrett wilson etc
I think he’ll be a cancer in the locker room TBH. He most definitely falls into that “diva” category of WR’s and in this offense, he’ll likely end up being the 3rd option which won’t sit well with a guy like Diggs. Both Nico and Tank are phenomenal young players and even with Tank being technically the 3rd WR, he could end up being the top guy. And something some folks may not know is that Tank and Stroud are legit besties. Stroud encouraged the Texans to draft him and even teared up in his presser last year after Tank got hurt. In fantasy, need to understand when a big name becomes just a big name and I think that’s where we’re at with Diggs.
Couldn't agree more on Olave. That combined with what I perceived to be him not having greatest of attitudes - when thing don't go well in NO, I don't want any part of it.
keenan is amazing and is a value despite playing for a defenisve HC just because he get open all the time and Caleb is going to love an open receiver as a rookie QB
Love how Keegan doesn't want to watch the Saints this year but will subject himself to 17 Jets games. Also, poor Jimmy Graham, just catching strays today.
No they’re not lol. Lamar can’t read defenses. He’s a fantastic athlete who can make plays. He’s a stud. But, in key moments when the defense keeps you in and you have to make that big clutch read. He’s never done it and look awful in those situations.
@@supanova4126 Lamar has just as many perfect passer ratings as Rodgers, Brady and Mahomes combined, led the league in both QBR, passing tds and passing accuracy in his career. Please tell me more on how he is a liability for FANTASY football. Not real life football
@@Perkbythapound he’s a liability for FANTASY WIDE RECEIVERS…all illustrated by only 1 WR having a 1000 yd season lol. Lamar can’t read defenses. As I said…when the coverage gets tight snd he has to make the right play he has never come through. He’s played with a top 5 OL every year, a top 3-5 defense every year, a top 5 rushing game and a stable coach and franchise. He’s got everything. Still can’t win the big one.
@@supanova4126 Zay got 100+ targets with 70 receptions as a rookie. What more could a receiver ask for? Year 2 only gonna go up. And with more 12 man personnel formations Lamar is gonna have way more higher completion throws. Sounds like your just a heter
Drake London argument is the same for Wilson. Wilson hasn’t done it or close to top 7 wr but he is a first round pick. But two years in a row he is going end of first early second. Same reason Marvin Harrison going in 2nd vs nabers in 5th. QB matters a lot for receiver. Talented WR good Qb = fantasy points.
Understand the argument here! Impressive to see GW hit the 1k mark while having much more inconsistent QB play than London. It’s the “I’ve seen him do it before” mindset and Garrett had some pretty great production for how bad of an environment he was in. London should see a huge bump in production with Kirk
Kirk Cousins has always had receivers that were good and productive without him. Adam Thielen had a 1200 yard receiving year with Case Keenum…with a 1000 yard season last year in Carolina. Diggs turned Josh from a 50 percentile completion QB to a 70% completion QB. Kirk is a good QB, I’m sure London will get a bump in production, but not enough to justify his ADP. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mooney ends up being the most productive receiver in the ATL.
The analysis on Drake London is off. He’s had quarterbacks who averaged 130 passing yards a game. Now he gets a quarterback who throws 300 a game. Who is getting those yards? Some no name WR?
My rule has become to only draft wide receivers on teams with an OFFENSIVE head coach... to say the least. the Saints HC is NOT an offensive guy and so I agree with your takes on Olave ...and I would add Garrett Wilson of the Jets and Terry McLaurin of the Commanders and Drake London of the Falcons, Zay Flowers with the Ravens and sadly, Devanta Adams of the Raiders
Great Premise for show love the show especially the route tree graphics. Suggestion maybe include where in draft do you find value in your respective WRs that you faded. BTW I did like and subscribe. 👍🏽👍🏽
Malik Nabers and Chris Olave are in that category of very talented receivers who you stay a mile away from because they’re in terrible offenses. With a solid qb either of those guys go in the second round at leas with no question about it.
Took London as my wr3 in a 3 wr league at pick 33 I don’t have any problem with that now when he was getting mocked at pick 15 to start the year that was kinda absurd
I don't think it can be over emphasized how much the improved QB play and change in offensive scheme is going to help London. Zac Robinson (the new Falcons OC) comes over from the Rams where he was the passing game coordinator/QB coach.
Case FOR Drake London, clear wr1 with Kirk who has a history of feeding his #1 receiver w new oc so the hype is around that and no Arthur smith. I got drake london late in the 3rd n think it was the steal of the draft
Also, drafted zay as my wr4, 10 team ppr w 2 rb 2 wr 1 flex 1 te 1 wr/te. Hard to pass up on him as a top teams wr1 for my 4th on the squad (jjet, marv, drake London”
Christian Watson is a nice late rd guy if it’s late enough. All other guys are more bustable for sure. Marvin Harrison Jr is another name that’s showing up as too expensive to draft. Nabers also a little tough to draft at his price due to his QB.
I agree on basically all of this, all of these receivers are "has-beens", and "could-bes". I do think London could flip the script in a big way with Cousins in Atlanta now, but I wasn't going to spend a late second round pick on him. I took MHJ, and I don't feel like that was a bad decision. I had Olave the last two seasons, and am not subscribing for a third, I'll happily let someone else deal with that headache. Get Derek Carr, and Dennis Allen out of New Orleans, and I may buy back in, but until that time. I'm passin' on him. Diggs is an aging "has-been", who's now on his third team, in a crowded offense. I'd rather have Nico, or Dell. With Flowers, I think we should all just know by this point to not be drafting receivers in Baltimore. If I'm drafting a Baltimore pass-catcher, it's going to be Andrews. Allen is old, banged up all the time, and now apparently he's fat too. Awesome. Watson is just Allen, but not old, or fat.
If u watch Drake London tape, he does not get separation. Why? He doesn’t have quick feet! Every catch he makes is highly contested, or it’s a jump ball that he does end up coming down with. So he is most definitely outstanding on these jump ball, contested, up in the air passes, but these are all 10 to 17 yard balls. There’s virtually no YAC, and no 20 yard plus balls that r taken to the house. This makes London a younger cousin to Mike Evans, who’s not ready to hang with the big dogs. If he could develop the first 3 or 4 steps that DaVante Adams has at the snap, which makes him DaVante Adams. So watch the tape, average feet, zero quickness. Darnell Mooney has quick feet, as he’s the younger cousin to Diggs, so Mooney will be much more open than London. London will of course score more fantasy points than Mooney and be the Falcons WR1, but a #1 WR like AJ, Amon-Ra or Wilson, he won’t smell their range.
You're wrong on Diggs. The drop off last year was about scheme change. He had a great camp going against one of the best cover corners in the league in Stingley. All top 3 WRs in Houston will eat. The biggest plate is going to change from game to gams.
Must be smoking if you think Flowers will not win you games this year. Everyone talked about Addison and Flowers last year, they produced now this year with Flowers being WR1, he will eat. Everyone talked about Adam Thielen being trash, and that dude popped off all last year.
Hello. Which 1 of this grouping shall I keep; Montgomery in 6th, Reed in 15th orr Ford in 17th? Already keeping Collins in 9th. It’s A 12 team FULL ppr league which starts 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, FLEX (RB, WR), TE & DST with about 18-24 total keepers, only can keep 2. Thanks A bunch! - Tony Tudd
Mark my words, Diggs will finish as a top 8 receiver. He’s had none of the Injury history that Keenan Allen has, he’s going to be getting a shit load of targets in the slot and will likely be the other outside receiver with Nico in 2 Receiver sets. Teams are doubling and tripling digs last year daring someone else to beat them in 1v1 situations, and they rarely could. Having Nico and Tank will study help Diggs, bc even at 30 he’s still the most talented receiver of the three and all reports indicate him and CJ are already developing a serious chemistry on the field
Keenan Allen slander is unwarranted, slayer is gonna be dancing on the nfc north and teach odunze a thing or too. I think keegan should do his facial hair like keenans if he ranks top 10 in WRs and get a Keegan Allen custom jersey. - sad chargers fan
If london had mahomes hed have way more TDS. QB play has alot to do with pitts and london I agree with adp is too high but alot of people are taking a risk on Harrison in the late 2nd 🤷🏼♂️ and most are ok with that.
Drake London and Kyle Pitts are playing with potentially the best qb in their career. Someone that can actually place the ball and has supported the wr1 and te1 in the same year. Mooney isn't the equal to Jordan Addison as a Bears fan I think I can say that with confidence and Jefferson was on a wr1 pace last season. I'm not saying London will be Jefferson or is him but Kirk finds the guys he likes often and with targets London could be top 5
But I also got him at the end of the 3rd and followed that up with aiyuk in the 5th. We drafted last weekend and people were nervous with the Pittsburgh trade at that point
All Packers pass catchers gotta fall below their ADP for me to fill a spit that I need. That said, Jordan Love has it all to succeed + a very favorable strength of schedule versus QB. Josh Jacobs is gonna struggle because the offensive line is median aka OK but the strength of schedule versus RB is BRUTAL!!!!!
London has never done it. Has never had even a quality lvl QB. They have a new OC thats more pass oriented. Cousins is a top play action QBs in regards to efficiency and YPA.
By your logic, Bijan is also overrated too. He hasn't done anything yet either...yet you omit him from your fades. Why did you fail to mention him? One thing we could always see is London gets separation. He also gets the contested catches. He has suffered from being on a terrible team with terrible shot callers. EVERYTHING is different in Atlanta this year. They actually have a QB. Their O line is ranked #6. London, Robinson and Pitts will have a big year. Cousins may have a career year as well. If you're only drafting safe, proven players, you won't win squat. We are entering our 37th consecutive Fantasy season. We were doing this before you were born. You guys are clowns.
london is worth one more chance in dynasty if you already have him on your team...but he's not worth his trade value if you have to go after him because everyone is so high on the guy with cousins there now???? he is going into that 3rd year leap???? he has size??? defenses have to repsect the with bijan????.....i'm in total agreement with the rest
@@regressiontothemean If he and Cousins are healthy, you can conservatively project London for 105/1250/6. Personally I think he will be even better than that.
Picking 10th out of a 10 man Draft, First 3 receivers chosen were Puka ,Nabers and G.Pickens with (McConkey,Courtlen Sutton, Odunze and Polk from NE) liking alot of them because they became their team's PRIMARY RECEIVER (Pickens,Sutton,Polk) and very well McKonkey and Nabers possibly as well
The Olave take is so bad, you said be nice to Keegan, but I'm pretty sure he's just your "be the controversial guy." You guys lose credibility with takes like that.
Guys I legit cannot thank you enough for the support you are showing Keegan, Aidan, and me. This is our dream to make this for you all. Seriously humbled right now. But enough of the sappy stuff, let’s go win some f*cking trophies!!!
@@regressiontothemean he still might. But he's been dealing with injuries and even before it the stocks on him were down. He won't be a threat to flower's targets this year at all
Olave will have a better season than last year and he's put up 1,000 yards each year he's played , Micheal Thomas is gone and he's going to get the share of the targets, so I have to disagree there
Shaheed continues to get better as a receiver, and let’s not forget, Alvin Kamara is the king of shitty check down PPR points. There is still target comp for Olave
Last year I drafted olave, flowers, and Pittman. Pittman was the best of the three. And I ended up traded for d Adams because I lost confidence in olave.
love the content....you guys take on stuff that others think about, but dont talk about and just go with the adps????? cant stand that shit, and i like what you guys do.....been in the same football league since troy aikman was a rookie, and we've got guys in our league just like you guys!!!!!!!!! i'm 62 and i started our league....been in it over half my life?????? hahahahahaha.... good stuff boys
