Fantasy football rankings and recaps, draft targets, fades, and sleepers, in season waiver wire tips, NFL draft coverage, NFL betting angles, and much more brought to you by lifelong football fanatics and college buddies Shaun Moran, Keegan Thomson, and Aidan Holler.
What Shaun, Keegan, and Aidan have created is a podcast that caters to their needs: fantasy football analysis that is deep, well-researched, and actionable, that also doesn't take itself too seriously.
Regression to the Mean's year round content is catered to the casual fan who is willing to dig a little bit deeper into the "nerd stats" to win their fantasy football leagues.
Though football and fantasy football is a game that Shaun, Keegan, and Aidan believe should be taken seriously, they are also able to laugh at themselves and lament at the silliness of a game that often feels completely random and impossible to predict.
Now that I’ve drafted I can tell my secret sauce, I was doing the RB sandwich with rds 1&4 for wr and 2&3 for RB for ur main points at first, 2nd rnd WRs were overvalued AF this year!!!
One thing I think you're missing is year #3 is the year most young receivers have breakout years. Garret Wilson, London, Olave, Watson all going into year 3. It's happens time and time again Cee Dee Lamb, Tyreek Hill, Cupp, Hopkins. Although, I don't believe Watson can stay healthy. Comparing Rashee Rice who has Mahomes to London who's had nobody at QB is insane.
@@regressiontothemeanlmao don’t worry about this dude. Out here trying to gatekeep opinions with his “follow”. You guys are entertaining as hell so I’ll give you the follow back that this guy tried to take away. I was gonna do it anyway but just wanted to vocally say screw this dude.
Enjoyed the video, nicely done! You guys should check out one of the many interviews Mr Beast (Jimmy) has done where he goes into depth about what formula he uses to attract and retain his audience. He really give great advice, and especially the first 30 seconds, which is how long it takes for someone to decide whether or not they're gonna stick around. It took you guys way too long to get into what people came for. Introductions, the fact that it's a passion project, like and subscribe, etc was kinda lethargic, not a lot of energy and your retention would improve if you jump right into it, and save that stuff for later. Never ask a viewer for something before you deliver what we clicked for. Besides, everyone knows how to subscribe and click the like button. We can see your sub count and we know it's not your full time job, and in those 3 minutes it took before your got into it, we're scrolling down and looking at thumbnails, so your bounce rate is gonna be higher than it otherwise would be. Jimmy obviously explains it better than I can and he really goes into depth, and I think you'd get a lot out of it. Good luck and thx for the upload, content was really good! Edit: scrolling through comments, engage with your audience. Pin a comment and respond to it and a few others. Don't like every comment, cause then it doesn't seem authentic, but engagement helps retention and its good for the algorithm.
The Olave take is so bad, you said be nice to Keegan, but I'm pretty sure he's just your "be the controversial guy." You guys lose credibility with takes like that.
I dont think Waddle > Hill is that hot. Listen to some of things Hill has said, it kinda sounds like Waddle is going to be the focus in the pass game. Henry for 20 on the Ravens isnt spicy at all. I could see 20-25.
Still loving your content, guys, and I'm thrilled for your continued success. When the channel is huge one day, I'll be honored to have been with the Mean Team from the early days. Cheers, my friends.
Couldn't agree more on Olave. That combined with what I perceived to be him not having greatest of attitudes - when thing don't go well in NO, I don't want any part of it.
Took London as my wr3 in a 3 wr league at pick 33 I don’t have any problem with that now when he was getting mocked at pick 15 to start the year that was kinda absurd
You're wrong on Diggs. The drop off last year was about scheme change. He had a great camp going against one of the best cover corners in the league in Stingley. All top 3 WRs in Houston will eat. The biggest plate is going to change from game to gams.
If u watch Drake London tape, he does not get separation. Why? He doesn’t have quick feet! Every catch he makes is highly contested, or it’s a jump ball that he does end up coming down with. So he is most definitely outstanding on these jump ball, contested, up in the air passes, but these are all 10 to 17 yard balls. There’s virtually no YAC, and no 20 yard plus balls that r taken to the house. This makes London a younger cousin to Mike Evans, who’s not ready to hang with the big dogs. If he could develop the first 3 or 4 steps that DaVante Adams has at the snap, which makes him DaVante Adams. So watch the tape, average feet, zero quickness. Darnell Mooney has quick feet, as he’s the younger cousin to Diggs, so Mooney will be much more open than London. London will of course score more fantasy points than Mooney and be the Falcons WR1, but a #1 WR like AJ, Amon-Ra or Wilson, he won’t smell their range.
Already an L for this channel. Drake's going to eat. He's played with who? Marcus Mariota, Desmond Ridder (who's been cut already)...imagine winning 50/50 balls with those guys passing to you and y'all consider yourselves experts? LOL this is a big L of a channel
I really do see that happening with Mooney. Week 1 against pit yea Mooney could go to the moon week 1 and be solid maybe inconsistent with them running the ball a lot but solid
I feel like your team is at a complete disadvantage without grabbing one of the top 6 or 7 TEs.. with Taysom Hill @ TE, you are setting yourself up for failure.
@jp27whodey31 what's wrong with this Aiden guy? He looks like he's riding a jetliner that is going through some major turbulence? Tweaker you think? Karen is my sister .. ok cupcake
