Sasha's lie was fine. She only lied about being a runway model. Which is the entire point of the game... I mean it is something personal, but she can use her personal story or make one up. I think Tyler was just upset since she related to her story, since, again, it was a real one.

Sasha deserved to win, without guilt or criticism. They all knew the rules of the game when they agreed to participate. The story of her dad belongs to her too. To suggest otherwise just doesn't make sense. I do not believe for a moment that she was using that as a strategic ploy. I enjoyed this video. Every single one of the participants were beautiful and generous in sharing their stories.

It happens in like almost all of the episodes because its easier to change one part of a truth than make something up. Her truth is still her truth and it's completely uncalled for to bring the vibe down like that when it was still a true story, the only lie was the career.

The entire point of the game for the mole is to lie. For Tyler to call the mole out at the end about it is ridiculous especially since Jubilee doesn't have any rules on what you can lie about. Tyler saying the mole “stooped low” is just cope for the fact that she didn't guess correct. Also, not every black person knows someone who is incarcerated so it isn't like the mole could know it's offensive.

You don't have to apologize, Sasha. Your father is part if your story, and at your core as you said you do everything in his honor. I think it is more offensive to say you "stooped low" for even bringing up that part of your story. If you were lying, yes that could be more controversial because you would be taking a story true to many people and using it as a way to "gain points". Tyler’s reaction was so uncalled for. There’s no need invalidate Sasha’s experience with having a family member in prison just because she’s not a runway model. It’s not fair at all. This is literally a game of deception. The first tick of lying is to use as many real details as possible. She didn’t lie - she shared her experience, telling the truth making it believable. I can almost guarantee the only thing she was thinking about was “ok what motivates me?” If that’s truly what motivates her it was a clever answer. Only an emotionally immature person would get upset.

The reason Tyler got so butt hurt is that she thought she found another black woman in the same position that she was in and started relating to her. It is not Sashas fault for the way Tyler began to build a made-up friendship in her head. Her father's story is her story, it has affected her every day. I think she was just more upset that she was the mole at the end. Since there was a sense of relatability. But regardless, Sasha played the game in telling small bits of lies. We had casting last week for fashion week and my boss doesn't request people for casting under 5'10 but once casting begins, the walk is the most important factor. You can have the looks but if you can't walk and properly model the clothes, we don't option them so height is a factor but to do runway, the walk and attitude that is conveyed is the key factor at least for my boss. I was actually talking with him today and he said like years ago, you could be 5'7 and do runway. Idk what happened but sometime down the road (he has been doing couture for over 30 years) that standard changed exponentially.

I’ve been to a catwalk before for some international Asian designers. Since it’s not the super well known luxury brands they do accept people who are short. (Though they still tend to be skinny, and definitely have a nice walk) I watched from a balcony and they looked really tall, I was very surprised when I came done and found that some of these gorgeous models were even shorter than I was !(5’3) the heels may have helped, but short runway models exist!

The fact that Aissa *clearly* had the walk of a pro model, and *still* got voted out because of her height (while Sasha didn't walk as well, but was super tall), just shows how much of the model standards/stereotypes are still alive in this industry, even amongst models themselves. Kinda disappointing, because things are really starting to change for more diversity

tyler also had an incarcerated family member so its pretty understandable that she got mad over sasha lying and bending the truth to get sympathy points.

Okay, I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought Tyler was trippin. Sasha’s literally playing the mole, it is her job to play on sympathy, to lie, to do whatever means necessary to win. And she didn’t even do anything bad. Envy and jealousy are not virtues.
