I am glad you liked our sausage video ;) Eating meat has been a part of our culture and tradition, so we still enjoy it. On the other hand - I do understand vegetarians. But I want them to understand me as well.
I am happy that you love the "Ahle Wurscht" from Nordhessen ! There are 2 Sorts, air-dried or smoked. Furthermore round or strait (called "Stracke"). They taste best when they are hard. Store them in the cellar or in the fridge (not in a foil). In this case it is almost non-perishable.
Of course I review all my videos. Everybody has to start somewhere and learn. I think I came a long way when you watch my recent videos though. But please don't watch them if you don't like "yada yada" :D
