One of my favourite parts of Mr Tracy's Self-Discipline audiobook is the part where the guy in the audience starts complaining then eventually realises what he did wrong by not keeping up with his learning and started staying "I stopped doing it... I stopped doing it..." I found it funny but it was also sobering as it made me reflect on my own study habits.
