Welcome! In this video I describe the 6 tips that I believe will truly help you feel more comfortable going to the gym and lifting weights.
Working out is so good for our physical and mental health, and it's too bad that the fear and discomfort of being in a gym with others limits so many people from incorporating this practice into their lives!
However, fear and discomfort around going to the gym is very common and very understandable. It is something that I used to struggle with myself.
Through trial and error I have become very comfortable in the gym, and I want to help you do the same! I hope this video does just that :)
