Easy for you to say being an attractive woman. It's a very different reality as an ugly guy who was bullied at school and told I looked like an alien, always rejected by girls. Rejected for 15 years straight by girls through my 20s. Now in my 30s going grey and bald and still never had anyone be attracted to me or want to be friends with me and never had a relationship. You have no idea what a reality like this is like to live
You’re right, I can’t speak to this experience and I’m sorry this has been the case for you. All I can do is speak from my own experience. I know there are people in the world who only care about who a person is on the inside, and my hope is that if you focus on letting your internal traits shine through you will find that person for you. But again, I am only speaking from my perspective and do not know what it is like to be in your position.
Great video. As a guy I think that women, especially on social media, are chasing beauty trends that are not appealing at all.. filters, lip augmentation, botox, all very plastic and artificial. I've become totally desensitized to it. Yes, beauty is and always will be really important, but I'm not sure why those in particular became so popular. Anyways, you look extremely beautiful, and natural, and healthy, which is a breath of fresh air.
I think that is just a byproduct of the existence of beauty trends. Women are made to feel as though there are certain features that they should all have in order to be considered beautiful, so many are willing to get cosmetic procedures done in order to achieve that look. And thank you
@@Entozo Being someone who has been fortunate to never have been poor, I feel that I can’t answer this question accurately because I’m coming from a place where I do not truly know what that is like. However I would say that perhaps trying to do one small thing that costs no money and that truly makes you happy every day could go a long way. I hope that helps and I send my love ❤️
You are your therapist. One must accept things, good and bad, yin and yang and come to the realisation that every experience has lead you to right now. You’re not those lived experiences, they are what helped you to arrive here, right now. Rejoicing in the opportunity to live a life, reflect on it, make shorts about it. Good or bad, the ‘experience’ of life is our greatest single gift. Great video too. 🙏🏿
I really liked your video, thank you to help me 😊 good lucky with your channel, you're a good person, God bless you (i'm sorry about my english mistakes 😂)
I agree! I like to keep my workouts spontaneous by walking in the parks, as well as staying in the gym! I love when I go to concerts because I’m dancing, and that’s another form of exercise like you said! Great video!
Definitely important to be safe, but I don’t live my life controlled by fear. There are some countries out there that are much safer for women to travel to (such as Japan, where I went) and there are also many other precautions that can be taken ❤️
Becoming your own biggest supporter involves cultivating self-belief, self-care, and resilience. Develop Self-Awareness: Understand your strengths, weaknesses, values, and passions. Regularly reflect on your experiences, feelings, and behaviors. Set Realistic Goals: Define clear, achievable goals that align with your values and passions. Break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps. Positive Self-Talk: Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations and encouraging words. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer a friend.
Okay so I'm going to start incorporating this into my Workout split, I'm going to do this 2-3 times a week and include a cardio/ab day in there and aim to workout out 4x a week. Mon (legs) Wed (legs) Thur (Cardio and abs) Fri (Legs). I'm sure you can do it more or less depending on your fitness level. I don't have a tape measurer but I bought one for measurements, I'll get it Friday to take my base measurements. Day 1 4/5 Did all of the workouts, but modified jumping lunges after the first set to regular lunges to be easier on my knees. Also because I like to torture my glutes and legs, I added 5 minutes of side to side lunges (to help build the side glute area). I have a 20 lb weight and a booty band set from Amazon 💖 Day 2 at home back workout with two 20 lb dumbbells and abs (functional and pelvic floor exercises) Day 3 The glute workout from the video, did weighted hip thrust instead of jumping lunges, thinking about possibly Bulgarian split squats next time. This workout has my legs feeling like jello and I can feel it in my glutes. Did Lili Sabri 5 minute warm up and cool downs 💖
@@yasmine__amour I definitely do I work full time and have been struggling trying to find a workout I can have the energy and time to kill after a long work day! I just finished the workout and it was killer. Definitely going to start to prioritize warming up and cooling down. I can't wait to see your channel blow up, you deserve it!! 💖🥰
Thank you!! Needed this! I’m a full time student & employee & sometimes find myself not having enough time to get a good workout in! Definitely gonna try it!
