Thank you for sharing your tips! Really appreciate the whole notion of helping one another succeed in such a competitive field and sharing the same struggles and solutions. Subscribed to your channel. Will try my best to implement these in my review.
I hope those of you who are preparing for the NY bar exam will find this useful. Thank you for your support and watching this video, please leave a like or comment if you enjoyed it!!
It is quite impossible to study 14 hours every day. You will burn out before the exam. Be organized instead. 5 hours daily are more than enough. No phone, no computer, and no distractions. Take a twenty-minute break after the first two hours. In the last month, spend more time practicing on essays and MBE. 8 to 9 hours if you can are a proper amount of time. And, take time off.
Thank you so much for this bro. New subscriber, im sitting Feb 2020 bar and this has reassured me and given me so much confidence. Wish me luck, I'm going to pass after watching this! #confidence

Hi Gordon, thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am also a LLB graduate from Hong Kong. I am wondering which bar review course did you use and weather it is suitable for foreign-trained student like me?
Thank you much for making this video!!! It really made a big difference in constructing my study plan and calming my stress as a i am foreign student too!! And do you know if it is possible to go straight from an LLB to the bar exam with no working experience ??
Very helpful video, I saw that you recommended strategies & tactics books for the exam. Do you know of any decent sites/ books that cover the substantive material. Trying to get a bargain :)
Hey, thanks for your words:) you can buy the 2016 Strategies & Tactics for the MBE and 2013 Seventh Edition of Strategies & Tactics. Also check out the prediction on JD advising website, they usually predict MBE or MEE topics quite accurately each year!
So helpful, thank you for the tips. I'm writing in July 2020 and I just started doing my research on which bar review I should use and tips on what to do and what not to do. Which bar review did you use

Hi Gordon why did you choose to study for the New York Bar and did you do your pro bono work to qualify for admission online? I have been considering it but I am based in the UK ( and not thinking about relocating there at the moment. )
Hi Adamson, you can also buy the 2016 Strategies & Tactics for the MBE and 2013 Seventh Edition of Strategies & Tactics for the MBE, these two books make your life easier because they are based on past NY bar exam questions and are super useful!!
