Your final point about “hosting the party” is 100% correct! When you’re interviewing someone, that immediately raises your credibility as a thought leader on that specific subject. Both the interviewee and the audience will automatically view you in a position of authority. In addition, every insightful comment made during the interview will by default, be conveyed (deservedly or not) onto the interviewer. And as icing on the cake, if you can make the interviewee look good, they’re much more likely to do business with you in the future. Man, I’d love to be a fly on the wall for an entire 4Ds session!
Everything is helpful but what I am really emphasizing with is the part where you talk about " using your time" it's something I have definitely been looking at lately. I work a lot and that's good but not FAST or EFFICIENT enough - as I got that I really was like FUCK. AND just these word "what's most natural to you". You may like playing basketball but fuck you are shit so you never gonna be an athlete so try something else - also something I have had to be talking about with myself! GaryVee The fact that you said followers don’t matter when it comes to micro influencers. I have 7k followers on insta but am still approached by brands because they know people watch what I use and say.
Key points: Brand > Sales. If you sell a book or course, you limit your speaking career. Add value. Try not to monetise your audience for as long as possible. Builds brand long term. Scaling a Business. Subconscious bias, think you're perfect or love it. Need humility and patience. Audit your time 24 hours, look for efficiency. Ambition vs Lifestyle. Go All In on LinkedIn. Share content, business to business orientated. Creating Ads on SM. More content now, so ads are converting less. Context, know and adjust to your audience. Influencer Marketing. Inconsistent and under priced. Trial and error to find the good ones. It's not about subs and followers. Using Content Creating As Leverage. Can make content with people you want to do business with. Not wanting anything fancy is so important. I simply aim to give as much value as possible to anyone I can help because I know it'll come back in some way in the future. I hate how one side of entrepreneurship now is so predicated on obtaining materialistic things vs. maximizing the value exchange possible between different people.

@Pursuing Progress Lol, believe me. I was a big meat eater. Humans are big on both taste and text texture. Since plant-based foods are tasty with great texture makes it very easy to transition. Did you no oreo cookies, french fries, rice and beans, most pizzas and burgers are plant based?

Starting my own personal blog about physical fitness is something I love to talk about and want to reach the masses of the world because I truly love fitness and how it can help you in every aspect of life. I want to do interviews with people on their journeys and how routines have helped them get from where they thought they were against the world and now are on top of the world and it doesn't have to be just big businesses but small businesses where they have the freedom to be their own bosses and make their schedules and are living the life they always dreamt of. This video showed me ways to reach out and gain the following and search for the things we are looking for correctly rather than going aimlessly in life with no end game in sight.

I agree with a lot of what he says except for not monetizing your products, As speaking gigs don't pay you while you're sleep or while you're on vacation as you must be present I also believe that when people pay, they pay attention, And when it comes to personal branding, again this way of conducting business requires you to be present
Vayner nation! 🔥 Here's my summary of Gary's advice, 1. Don't monetize your brand for as long as possible. Branding always beats sales/monetizing your audience in the long-term 2. People don't scale for 3 reasons 1. They don't have the humility to hire someone else to do something they are good at 2. They don't have patience 3. They don't audit their 24 hours, to scrutinize every hour for maximum efficiency. Sure, take a break if you need to while determining how to be more effective with the hours you do work. 3. Spend as little as possible on luxuries & double down on business growth. 4. Go all in on Linkedin b2b content marketing - awesome for organic traffic 5. If Fb ads don't work for you it's because you're talking to a saturated market, you need to find a long tail keyword, and speak to a very specific niche audience 6. Adjusting how you talk depending on who you talk to is natural & necessary to be effective (eg how you talk to your friend vs a baby vs your professor) 7. Influencers can have a million followers & be overvalued or be an undervalued micro influencer, you have to test to find out 8. Podcast - host the platform, interview people you want to do business with to get an engagement rate Did I miss or get something wrong?
