This is how to make your high heels pain free. How many times have you bought a gorgeous pair of shoes, worn them out the next day and immediately regretted it, because they hurt so much. It has happened to me a lot! So, these are my go-to tricks to make any shoes less painful.
Shoe bite is a common problem and generally it happens more in women because they wear tight, narrow and uncomfortable shoes more than men.

Lovely video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you researched - Mackorny Feet Ahead Blueprint (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for Relieving foot pain without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate at very last got great results with it.

For me, high heels are really comfortable. Just as comfy as some simple running shoes. But I still like barefoot way better than any shoes

You are absolutely right but It is eventually concluded that you adopt to be more comfortable if you wear tight jeans or tops as these initially speculate rashes on our body and the same applied with well-fitting high heels. It is painless and easy to wear them every day if you do it enough practice on low size high heels. Like #O5QutkbIfjY

I tried the bandaid trick in two ways: 1. Put it underneath the straps (they were the same width). 2. Put it on my toes where the rubbing takes place. I walked 1.3 miles in these open-toe sandals and it didn't work AT ALL. I ended up with huge blisters.

Yep the socks, and the hair dryer shortens the breakin time. Just did this 2 days ago with a pair of boots with a very shallow instep. Actually dampening the fabric on the shoe and walk around for a bit works too.

vaseline works really well to prevent blisters, just put it on the area where the shoe is causing friction, i need to reapply it after 3 to 4 hours, bandaids always fall off and inserts make the shoe too tight,,,, insolia is the best high heel insert, they know its good because a pair of insolia inserts used to be $10 now they are going for $20, i do not endorse insolia its a good product and i wish I would have heard of them sooner, i think they are being greedy charging 2 times as much because you have to buy a pair of inserts for each pair of heels, the adhesive is really strong my insolia inserts have never came off the shoe, it is amazing how much pain relief they bring, a really good product, my only beef is the price, $10 is expensive but fair because they work well, $20 is being greedy

Why do I get instant pain in the back of lower ankle ? I believe it's because i put all of my pressure on my ankle which is hard not to do in order to stand .Is it my stance? I see so many gorgeous shoes it's tough to work my way up due to impatience and not being able to afford to buy so many different types. Is it possible to go big or go home and improve? Also, why the heel pain? I believe I'm beyond foreign in stilettos but I love them so much 😫

Hi there. Your video was a real help. I wanted to ask you, I have bought these really high heels and now I regret them because I can't even stand in those for 10 minutes.
