Being an introvert made me more introspective, and these little points mentioned in the video just subconsciously applied to me. I found myself more hesitant to disrespect other people and more willing to defend my points, which also made me a more self-respectful individual. I willingly face conflicts and exhibit an unfazed face in front of fierce emotions. At first, my calmness fluctuated very much, but after being in solitude for long enough, it became more and more consistent. I forced some respect by creating a project and showing it to some of my friends who pursued different hobbies which give them pleasure, and many of my friends love it and talk about it time to time. The point is not to become an introvert, but to respect yourself by giving yourself some time to be with yourself. When you learn to respect yourself, you will also learn to respect others. Everyone is worried about saying something hurtful to other people, but they are never afraid to do it to themselves. Treat yourself like you're another human being to yourself, but a special one, because the most important person who can help you with all your struggles in your life is yourself. No matter how supportive one may seem, how respectful they appear, if you do not respect yourself or lack the capability to be your own helping hand, anything else means nothing.

I started taking these principles vary seriously in the last year and a half. I can honestly say 2022 has been the best year of my life because of this. That's saying a lot because I've done a lot in my life.
