My niece is 2 years 2 months old, he had been exposed to extensive screen time since 2 years. He has zero response to his name and no eye contact at all. He does’t speak also. He doesn’t response to anyone and doesn’t even eat properly. I have stopped his screen time since a month now. He only plays and smile on his own like he has no connection with the universe. He doesn’t behave like a normal child. He even starts crying whenever i try to play with him. He only goes to his mother and only try to find her everywhere. But he doesn’t have any interaction or eye contact with his mother also. What can we do to improve him. We are so much worried

Medam,my son is normal at the age of 2. After he cannot respond her name. Lack of eye conduct, lack of communication etc. He spent more time infront of screen.we stoped screen and provid therapys. Now he little communicated.name responed, social interaction are now not improved. Is it is virtual or classic autisum.
Mam my son is 4 years, having understanding commands following pointing but speech is not improved, he has regressed his speech at 1.5 years, giving therapy from 1.5 year's, he improved much but speech is not improved, pls suggest.
