Hello mam my son mr and sensory child my son laughs when he sees himself in the bike mirrors and some times he laughs when he see some one and other children's and do like this activities as that like when he see is face on mirror that is like he puts he hand in his ear and makes a movement and he will laugh louder when We are doing activities and exercises what l do mam please help me
Mam my son 3.6 verbal he express in one or twobwords his needs,bt he hit wen things not go in his way and also wen he s excited or happy,i dnt understand,after hitting he says got hurt , paining.i cant understand his behaviour
