@@IgnaceAleya1 good point, but if i am coming back and need to copy all my sad drives, I like to have a 3.0 USB on my desk. Also my phone and Ipad pro all have USB C now. I will not support tech from 2000, it cost the manufacturer not even 5 bucks to upgrade.

Made a purchase LAST WEEK never got down load link sent emails never got reply. finally after a week of nothing I had PayPal reverse the charges. So will anyone be working there ? or is everything on hold due to the covid-19 ?
Hi, that's certainly not what's supposed to happen. The support team typically replies within 12 to 24 hours, also on saturday and sundays. I just talked with them and they told me that there was an email last week that bounced back, so they couldn't contact the buyer of the products.
Just found out that your email bounced back and we think it was because your email system doesn't accept attachment bigger than a few MB's. We've solved this by sending you a wetransfer link with your products included. Could you please let me know if this works for you?
I want my cursor to go directly to work area IN or OUT. just as in premiere if u hit SHIFT & I it goes to inpoint no matter where's the cursor been placed. is there any shortcut for that. didnt find it in google also. asked so many seniors but negative.
I was an Aviation Electrician in the Navy for 9 years, completely rewiring multiple P-3 Orions during the course of my career. You'd think I was a genius, but I STILL cannot hook up gaming consoles without watching RU-vid tutorials on what wire plugs in where. Don't feel bad! I do have some questions about some things I'm trying to create in a video project, and I can't seem to find tutorials on RU-vid that address them or require third-party plugins. Where should I send/ask my questions? Is there some hidden vault of AE knowledge for underground video editors that I need a secret passcode to enter?
This really is underrated. I think you should change your keyborad thumbnail preview and really see the change. People are searching for these shortcuts every second!
for scale shortcut by one hold CNTR - zoomout CNTRL + Zoom in by ten hold( CONTRL SHIFT -) AND (CONTROL SHIFT +) and you can select your timline project and select your import project . hold control +alt + / 😁
great video ! I'm not using After effects just adobe premiere. I want to take a shortcuts logickeyboard and there are 2. This one (adobe Pr CC+ After effects) and the one just for Adobe premiere but it looks like the one for adobe premiere has just one fonction per keys and this one has mutliple shorcuts per keys but it's not clear on reviews and on the website. Can someone help me on this one please ? thank you very much.

One thing to add , pressing U will reveal the keyframes for all the layers only when no layer is selected . For a selected layer it will just open it’s keyframes!! However, it is a very informative video!!!
