This video we go over the unboxing of a 60 inch Extreme Flight airframe. This particular plane is the Edge 540T, we picked it up from northwest RC. We purchased the servos and motor/ESC from Tim as well, and can hopefully see how well it was packaged in here. I started off with sealing down all the edges of the covering, and shrinking any wrinkled covering (these planes travel half way across the world so wrinkles in covering is normal)
There really wasn’t much to assemble after that, glue the horizontal stab in and ca hinges, finish up with bolting landing gear on. Overall very impressed with the fit and finish from Extreme Flight, and the beautiful job they did on the covering. We will be using the Dual Sky motor with the Hobbywing ESC available from Tim and Savox servos operating by my trusty DX7 and powered by an HRB 3300 MAH 22.2v batter.
