Welcome to this 60 min full body yoga flow to celebrate the spring equinox. This is an energising yoga practice suitable for all levels intended to help you celebrate spring and the new found energy that comes with this time of year.
In this class we will flow through a series of postures in a slow and controlled manner to giving you plenty of time to find your alignment and focus on your breath.
The class includes a little of everything, backbends, hip openers and standing balances (with modifications), to give you a well-rounded practice that targets the whole body.
I hope you enjoy this full body yoga flow to celebrate the spring equinox.

Luna is so adorable she just like my Australian shepherd stoffel he does exactly the same never want to stop play sometimes I have to put he's toys away so that we can go to bed, that look on her face focusing on the toy he does exactly the same, I told stoffel I found he's mate, 😊 freaken adorable, thank you for the class it was so joyful ❤

I'm always so unexpectedly touched by your thoughtful poetry at the end of these sessions. This flow left me feeling refreshed, energized and confident! Today was the first time I was able to hold both breasts completely off the floor for the full count in locust - I can literally see my back strength improving! Thanks, Charlie!

Not your dog thinking they could convince you to play an undisturbed game of fetch. So cute the way they were acting all distraught 😂😂😂 like "I don't understand why she won't play with me, maybe if i drop it in her face or her feet then she'd get the hint"🤣😂. It’s not often that I have the time or patience todo a 1 hour yoga class but this was well worth it. Great practice….rejuvenating. The birds chirping was heavenly and the poetry at the end…..please end more classes with poetry.

This reminds me of the Dr. Seuss book Mr. Brown Can Moo Can You? House of Mouse episode House Ghosts that part where Pete got scared by the Haunted Mansion Ghosts, and the part where Pooh dreamed of Heffalumps and Woozles from Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day.
