To everyone commenting on the advertisements... This is an amazing quality flow given for free by a most talented yogi. The cost to buy this, plus an intermediate version plus a quick fundamentals class is only $16! I think that's a great deal for something I will keep, treasure, and use regularly. It's also a great way to support the people who give us this content.

If you're worried about advertisement then you're really not that centered during the advertisement, you should be like gee, let me work on that Asana pose that I just can't master at the moment, take your yoga practice into your own hands and stop making excuses, period, you got this!!!!

I do not practice Ashtanga yoga but Hatha only. I am a man and I want to say that Laruga is a really example for me. She combines real strength in the postures with all the grace and feminine sensitivity that i lack . Laruga's style and the quality of the video make this series like ... a real poetry. Just did this full led class today and enjoyed it so much. The pace, the footage of Laruga’s practice and her beautiful voice over kept me in such a peaceful state of mind. I enjoyed every second of it. I’m practicing the full primary series for 9 years now and this sequence was perfect for me 🙏🏼❤️

So grateful to practice alongside this class, thank you for uploading! Only thing I would like to mention- the ads that are scattered throughout the video are quite distracting and takes away from the class, as we are then to stop what we are doing to skip them. It would be a much more pleasant experience to have an ad at the beginning and end of the video.

Never have I seen foot placement like hers in the Prasaritas but there must be a good reason, Hip openers , going to try it Question,was Lauruga actually doing this recently ? She is an icon and if she is making new videos, very great to see her doing this, Thank you for posting this

Things were going well until 53:45 haha! The ankle flexion & rotation there is insane. This is my first time being stumped on a posture. Will be working on this one over the next few weeks.. Lets grow!!

Hi! So advertisements on youtube. A yoga philosphy is that yoga is free. RU-vid is a huge contributer to making that happen. The amout ad adverisements in the free version in this video is actually dangerous. Jerking out of position to skip ads leads to injury. This is a problem. Beautifuly instructed!!! I want to continue the video! The capitalistic system in this religious practice is a problem in this exact context.
