This is a 60 minute vinyasa flow for vitality. Class begins in reclined supported bound angle pose giving you an opportunity to land in your body and connect with your breath. A short sequence of functional core work follows to help you feel strong and steady at the centre of your body. Continue to flow through surya namaskar A and standing postures - warriors, lunges and twists to hydrate your body with fluid movement. A final energizer sequence for your thighs & glutes before slowing down and lengthening the muscles you've just worked. Class concludes with a hip groin stretch, twist and returns to reclined bound angle pose or shavasana for the last 5 minutes.
