May 2022 and their still at it . My 23 yr old son is going to see them again next mth. I first saw them in 1983 also aged 23 . We both saw them together in 2017 in Dublin, as good as ever.
Sure but, they've loved ever moment of this . I know for a fact that I been with them from the start. In one word they are marvelous. Mick & Keith are a pair that can't be broken. I'm so happy to have them .👅👅👅💨💨💨💨
@@geristracener5253 they you should know that they had ups and downs and that Mick is quite controlling…..but the point is that they worked through their differences. Every relationship hard times and that’s not a point but how those are overcome, resolved…these guys have seen it all…..they can happily live in their own heads
Ellen Fanning ...shes matured into a fantastic interviewer still working on TV now on national broadcaster. She definately uses her charm to try and stir the pot here. My favorite part is where she tries to taste his drink and she backs off after he warns it might hurt her baby ..
2023 and still going at it! I took my 10 year old at the time to his first concert ever! The Stones of course. It’s not his kind of music, but he had the best time! I was told by a drunk lady at the concert he wasn’t going to learn any of this in a classroom and I was teaching him great! I thought that was awesome🙌🏾
sorry, the longest TOURING band ever...the beatles, in just ten years of creative explosion, will always be the greatest recording band and maybe led zeppelin the greatest rock band...but, that's all debatable...i'm seventy-one and these guys have been around since i was a kid so that's really saying something...long live the rolling stones...
@@michaeldonovan4793 The Beatles have got to be one of the most overrated bands in the world the only reason why they were so popular is because it was the beginning of the British invasion and they were the first ones to come to the United States.
@Sal Ortiz I love the Stones more than the Beatles but the Beatles were better innovators, came up with drastically original ways of creating rock music compared to what came before them. However, the Stones had a wonderfully original way of pushing rock in new directions using a foundation put in place by older artists. I’ve played a lot of their songs live, recorded my own songs and studied music so I’m not _just_ a fan.
God bless them, and more power to them. They are an inspiration. Thank you, Rolling Stones. You've been there all my life. Since the first time on The Ed Sullivan Show.

Ha ha Ronnie getting talked at by his old lady lol
if you read his book Keith wrote most of the songs from the riff to the melody and chorus lyrics and Jagger filled in all the other lyrics brilliantly. Keith is the principle songwriter and he and Jagger have wrote a ton a great tunes.
Jaggers voice just goes with the Stones...and Vice Versa...I really don't think anyone else could pull it off...just like no other group would sound right with Jagger 👍
The media can be out for a story and some level of jerk or provocateur, but that also does reveal some things. Sometimes in the wrong mood they are simply given the back of the hand but other times they do get some kernels of truth about the dark side. But so what. Everyone has a dark side. And when you give as much joy, escape, and entertainment as the Stones have who really gives a f-ck. That takes a lot of dedication and work a ton really. So god bless them.
They were enjoying it. Her being concerned about Kieths fingers was kind of sweet. It was more like just a human interaction and Kieth just went with it like anybody no ego. Been a fan since 1967 ( 6 years old lol) and they still amaze.
I Can't Believe How Kind Keith Richards Was Too Me He Gave Me An Autograph That I'll Cherish Forever! You Are The Man Keith I Love All Your Work & Enjoy The Things You Do! You're A Great Guitar Player, I Respect Your Style & Your Band Etiquette. Thanks For All The Wonderful Music You've Made Over The Years With The Rolling Stones & The X Pensive Winos! Gold Rings On You Keith One Love Forever! Your Fan Albert!
Public wont accept that as long as Bills still alive. I do not think Ronnie is even a full member he's still on loan from The Faces & they don't even exist anymore.
Typical Ozzie she..a.. smarty pants an oll.. Hahaha.."500 Stones songs, most of them good, some of them great.." she said.. as only a dead ear, can insult..without a single musical bone in her body... But, that's so often the case in Australia, musically dead, interviewing, or commenting on one of the gifts to humanity.
Terrible interview- all 4 band members were quite bored with her- endlessly plodding on about Keith’s and Mick’s personal relationship and not much else... She’ll never see them again
Yeah, that's why he was in the band for 7 years and wrote nothing, yes he was a very talented musician but he couldn't write songs and that's straight from the mouth of Ian Stewart. They have lasted 50 years since jones died and their best period was the Mick Taylor years,no jones no stones is just nonsense
Brian was cool. Didn't seem to be any rehab back then. It's ironic the remaining Stones struggled with drugs after that. I think it's best to appreciate their accomplishments at different stages.
@@frankboyd. true. I was born in 61 and my first introduction was my sisters High Tide and Green Grass (1st greatest hits album) in about 1967 that and Rubber Soul (Beatles) was played constantly in my house. I was six and thought the Stones were Cool and I wanted ‘Mod’ clothes like them. Brian to me was the coolest as I got older and now I realize that he was versatile musically and had wonderful ideas ( the string in as tears go by the sitar in Paint it Black the recorder in Ruby Tuesday) but he was destructive to himself and everything he did. Then with Mick Taylor (and the Jimmy Miller produced albums) they became a whole new band. The big guitar sound was the flavour of the month ie Zep. Deep Purple. Hendrix. They had Mick Taylor who was so good he replaced Peter Green in John Mayalls Blues Breakers (Green form Fleetwood Mac / blues version and wrote’Black Magic Woman among others) so Taylor rocked. Listen to Sympathy for the Devil on get yer ya yard out. Then with Ronnie it was back to a more cut down rock sound. Like the back to basics that were popular with the punk scene. I wish Woody played more of his Faces style (Stay with Me. Every Picture tells a Storey ) with the Stones. I’ve seen him with them live 5 times and it does come out live some times. He’s a great versatile guitarist. But shit do I ramble.
