Does the extra resin make it more water proof? Resistant to being waterlogged?

There is only head cement on the thread wraps. No resin!

What adhesive do you use and does it prevent the fly from floating even in the slightest ?

I use Loon Hard Head. Does not affect the floatation one bit! And it smells better than some of the other cements!
