The Kremlin faces the dilemma of what the "crazy" Ukrainians will do to their May 9 Victory Parade. Dissenting voices have been heard in St. Petersburg, and NATO needs to be listening to them. If there are private armies in Moscow, municipal political leaders in St Petersburg may want to consider their options. Do they want peace and prosperity, youthfulness and longevity of EU, or civil war in Muscovy. Hmmm 🤔
