How you know you torque 25 pounds on the oil pan bolts? When you was torquing with your air gun?

Hello there. Are the oil pan bolts (isolator) do they ALL have to be the same bolts ? Because I have an oil leak thro 2 of those different bolts they are close to the bellhousing...theres are 4 different from the other 6 ...but then is leaking from the top driver side close to the starter... Also can it leak oil through the starter seal? Thank you!
