I study in Taiwan back in 2015 to 2018. One thing that makes Taiwan attractive to foreigners is the delicacy of the food they served. Despite being an Orthodox Christian from the Horn of Africa, I tasted the food shown on this youtube and I can't tell how delicious it is. I missed Taiwanese food!

@@juniorchong4553, some of them eats. India is not only a home to hindu and Muslims but also to many other religion such as buddhism, Christians, parsee etc. The diet of most Northeastern India are somewhat similar to what southeast asians eats.

yeah~Taipei is a good city, but if you could come to Taiwan next time, I suggest you could visit Taichung, Tainan or Kaohsiung city, it has so much good food there. I bet you would like it :)

Enjoyed some unknown delicious dishes in Dajia, Changhua, Taichung, Sun moon lake n Alishan, especially I'll always remember the kindness of Taiwanese people. Beautiful Fang Huang village of Nantao etc. I'll visit the beautiful island country once again whenever I get the opportunity. I love Taiwan so much.

之前去李海是不吃爌肉飯的（嫌它，常常不入味），就叫滷肉飯配他的各式炒菜，倒是吃的一爽一爽的。他的爌肉如吃到泡入味的，其實還是很不錯的。

台中待了13年吃過幾次,真的很一般同樣價位可以有更好的選擇優點大概就是大半夜餓了可以吃小菜大部分都很油膩控肉部分個人體感真的沒有很入味

Very likely more difficult than it looks, frequently a family secret passed on down through generations, marinate part is probably the key, if the pork is properly cooked the "triple layers" including the skin should be about melting in your mouth, my is already watering!

@@0978978mk2 我彰化人，但住台中至少20年了。很愛吃爌肉飯，老實說。這間真的是普通偏上而已，沒到最頂的。大學有吃一間我印象應該是叫大豐有得過名的，現在不知道還有沒有。最近的話比較喜歡吃友紀不過這間只有開辦夜到中午，滷肉飯配他們特製辣醬很好吃。彰化的菜市場爌肉飯、還有一堆菜市場賣的爌肉飯也都比這間好吃。彰化爌肉飯比台中有名是真的。

@@kevinchen8492可能就是煮的火太大，肉一定得慢火久煮才好吃，而且看他酒也加不多。家庭煮的人一定用清酒，一半清酒一半水，糖一定用冰糖才不搶味道！店家就是成本不一樣不可能這樣子做的！
