honestly i think the main fuck up in the last duel was not just obliterating medusa with your w there was a point where you had clearly burnt her mana shield down, and yet you kept using your 1.2k nuke to heal yourself for like 200 hp

Abaddon is both death and cold themed, which is why his key color is teal- which is blue with a bit of green in it (and of course also black and darker shades in general). This is, of course, becaue of his name. Abaddon is the name of a type of a place in hell in Hebrew mythos (IE- da bible). Specifically it is a bottomless pit (and also the name of an angel which represents the place) which leads to the Abyss, which is nought but cold and darkness. A place of death and destruction.

It's honestly a blast to always see chat going crazy for "Chen" every video. I like seeing how wild they can get on the YT side of things, Baumi. Tell them they made me laugh. ;D

Baumi and Civ 6 I assume damn I missed a bunch, however I do have some time in Civ and can help with the win conditions, essentially when you start a game and load in you should have 2 options in mind, the one your Civ is good at whether that be a domination or culture or religion. Then, something else you can pivot to in case the other civs in game block you. And for Domination you want to try to rush to a good unit like men at arms or Bombards and simply destroy the other Civs near you and snowball from there. Culture you want to be building theaters and Wonders as those give you tourism along with amenities like Silver and wine, you can also receive Great Persons from theaters and they will give you Great works that boost tourism and sometimes faith, also having an open borders and trading with another Civ boosts the amount of tourist you get from them. Eventually late Gane you will be allowed to make National parks and Rock bands that boost tourism also. Religious victories I would only bother trying to do on a few Civs like Menelik of Ethiopia which is an annoying style of play because most of the time it turns into just a domination victory. Tech victories can always be fun, your main goals here are to get many cities with good campus locations next to either Reefs or Mountains and getting specific wonders like the great library, Oxford University, or even the Oracle to help farm Great Persons. Next is Diplomacy which is the long Con game where you slowly become Suzerain of as many sity states as possible and control the World Council decisions, but the other nations will fight back if you get to close to 20by world council meetings or by helping other civs that are affected by natural disasters. Final is just Score if you take all 500 turns and don't reach any of previously said Victory types then game ends and game decides off of your score, such as how many techs did you research, or how many units did you build, or wonders did you create. And that's about it for victory conditions if you want any suggestions for the type, here we go will have the best and a good starter one. Domination- Babylon(Best)or Gran Columbia(Best) or Aztec(Starter) Scientific-Seondeok of Korea (Alot of Civs can do tech they're just simply better) Culture- Russia(Best) or Sweden or Canada(Starter) or Bull Moose Teddy of America (These are all good choices honestly) Religion-Russia(Best) or Ethiopia(starter) Diplomacy-Hungary or Cree Score if your crazy enough is China FIN

The specific combo I really like on this build is staff of raindrops with spell crit, your w can end up one shotting bear anyone if you press R first. Then utility and tankiness become really valuable because each w can do like 2k dmg

Is the death and healing theme something specific to Dota? Or does it have its origin in Warcraft?

I think the lack of healing is the same thing as switching to strength treads when you are low, you get the bonus *max* hp, but maintain your current %hp so you were rlly low hp and hence not healing much

Skipping minotaur horn was also a misplay I think, magic immunity would've been a solution to bounty stuns; unless those pierce immunity but I can never remember which things do or don't. Accidentally re-casting tombstone was 100% the fuckup in the dusa duel. Gave you 7 seconds of downtime for her to close the gap and finish you off, alternatively the extra cast could been a way to play more aggressively when her mana pool ran dry (as indicated by the point where she took actual health damage- thats a sure sign that she is on death's door, an aggressive tombstone woulda killed her). Also, that soul rip was easily you biggest source of raw damage and you hardly ever used it for damage. With Eblade n stuff it did like 2k+ it was nuts, half-healthed red creeps

To join in the Civ discussion, I just mind my own business and build and be happy, for me it's the journey, not the goal. Sometimes I just play with no one and just expand and enjoy the graphical side of everything. Though I am playing only Civ 3, not the newer ones. They got too cartoony in their graphics imo.

Ofc that death themed heroes are also mixed with healing. What is more "healing" then literaly healing someone from being dead back to being alive? Resurection/raise death etc. are all just stronger healing spells.
