Mmh ... it's a myth that Japan is super expensive. But my building was about 40 years old and crooked and was the absolute cheapest you can get. It's easy to go to 3000 for a new apartment in Tokyo. And the initial cost includes several fees that you only find here like 礼金 and stuff ... You'll pay 3 times as much when you move in like 9k instead of 3k

@@tinahuegelis it as safe during earthquakes being that old? And is it close to public transportation & everything? I dont think it’s completely a myth because of how many closets ive seen selling for more than my house!

⁠ This area is very safe. I never had any major earthquakes there. It's in the center of Tokyo, it's close to tons of metro/train stations. The location was very convenient. Buildings in Tokyo are safe for earthquakes. The problem is not the earthquake but e.g in 2011 it was the Tsunami, that no one saw coming.

It is very beautiful and clean. I like the colours too and I like that the kitchen is divided from the living room. For Tokyo it is not too expensieve.

This is value for money because you have your own space. In Singapore this amount can’t even get you a bedroom with shared facilities.

If you think it's expensive depends on your experience. For some people it is. It also depends on your income. And yes, it is in Tokyo. But also, yes, it is not expensive for me either, bc I'm poor and can't afford anything expensive. haha

@@tinahuegel my soviet apartament in estonia is 24 🤣. And we dont have hot water and have furnance. FURNANCE IN APARTAMENT, usually furnances are in houses Forgot to mention. My family have 5 people, im oldest child, so im soon will leave this apartament probably
