I'm glad you said that it feels like a range Rover should. Too many reviews of vehicles like this have comments that are based more on the performance of a Ferrari or a Porsche, rather than what they are intended for. I like reviews that say what you said, and say if this is what you like this kind of vehicle, this is great.
@Inquire about it here's a guide to cheap cars in Denmark: Step 1: Set up company is Sweden or Germany, whatever is closest. Step 2: buy company car Step 3: drive company car
I can’t imagine what that must be like to have the autobahn close by, we don’t have any thing like this in the US, I would love to spend some time in Germany. I have to ask what does it feel like to get passed at 260-mph? Thanks for an awesome video!
Am very far from you I am from Algeria but my idea it's to make t-shirts with your picture next this range that will be cool you are the best I like your videos I wish you from my heart all happiness and success in your life bro
Is it just a mapping tune to match the new parts to get 600hp, or are they tuning to fully close the supercharger bypass valve to get maximum available boost at current elevation along with reworked fuel and ignition maps? I’d love to tune my F-Pace SVR like that but I’d want to keep the parts stock. Wonder if they’ll offer a tune for the Jag...😬
There are limited options for 5.0sc tuning. I had RRS 2016 5.0sc (510hp stock and mine was 590hp): 1) straight exhaust for better airflow (5 hp max) 2) smaller supercharger pulley for more air (20hp possible) 3) smaller crankshaft pulley (I don't know, tuning specialist told it's not safe, compared to sc pulley replacement) 4) engine tune (it differs from your expectations from 50 to 90hp gain) 5) better intercooler (if you want 600hp+) What I had... 590-600hp, depending on conditions of the fuel. With 95 ron I had 570hp, with 100 ron I had 600hp. In the end had to sell RRS since every electronic thing nearly broke. Engine and gearbox were ok tho
CapnT Let me know if you u find anything, contacted Viezu for the F-Pace SVR and they told said air filters, top supercharger pulley and a custom remap including dyno for £1.6k... good for making around 600-610 which isn’t so bad but if I’m honest I’d expect a little more. This is in the UK though, I believe you’re based in Canada right?
Arun Kamal Yea I’m in Canada. A smaller pulley with tune is usually closer to a 20% gain, not just 10 - but who knows, the pulley might just be slightly smaller so not a huge amount more boost. That price is fair though. I spent close to $2500 CAD on a pulley/tune for my S5. These superchargers hate altitude though so it’s really only worth it in lower elevation places with typically low DAs
I think you guys should put porsche 993 turbo on one of those backpacks with a sunset in the background and kid looking through a window with his arms folded as the the car cruises down an open piece of road. 👌🏼
That backpack looks pretty special and I’m always your biggest fan of Autotopnl your best was the mustangs, Aston Martin, Bentleys, Ferrari’s, and Porsche’s and I always love this Range Rover right here
@AutoTopNL you said the Range Rover velar has stock suspension....so you could still drive this thing off-road or in rural areas? Btw. keep up the great work 👋🏻
A print with the rear of a range rover on it and where the letters “RANGE ROVER” stands you should place AUTOTOP NL! Would look verry nice. I should use the back of the Velar SV or the Sport SVR! Love the videos btw!
3:13 You might think that the sound of the passing car is comparable to the Land Rover! 😅 PS: ❤️ this 🏎️ PPS: The Carbon Extension looks really cool💪💪 PPPS: THIS SOUND IS SO NICE AND BRUTAL‼️‼️
at 10:00, "a car move like a boat gives a nice feel" I take it as sarcasm, if a car is not planted on the road, it is a very nervous situation, I could never trust this powerful car in corners.
I like your videos. Please don't mind when I share my opinion. Those of your videos were a lot better in which you stay silent and we only hear the voice of the car.
