@@ChuckyWright Hello🙂 👋. That be Awesome but my first injury was domestic violence and the other was a car accident with my daughter 😞 I use to deadlift in Highschool weight training and during the years until my injuries 🙄🤦. The problem is my back and neck hurts when I lift heavy stuff,,

thanks man! I was waiting for someone to have a hate comment lol

@ChuckyWright I mean I high bar squat & front squat (transfers better to my desire to total 300kg snatch/c&j), but I was being sincere about solid reps - no hate. They'd all count competitively. You don't get to that weight by happenstance only hard work. Excellent strength to weight ratio.

Good stuff bro. You're a beast. Did you ever run into any plateaus during your fitness journey? If so, how did you get past them? Also, what's your calf routine lol
@ChuckyWright
@ChuckyWright 11 месяцев назад
I typically drive through a plateau with linear progression I find it's the easiest way to blow past it. and you need to eat a lot to actually continue to grow and get stronger.

bro shorts nearly shorter than the ladies XD i don't blame you brother I'm always rolling up my sleeves at work i don't even realize I'm doing it anymore and my excuse is that its hot when in reality I'm just proud of the work and progress I've accomplished. 280-330 my whole adult life 200+ my whole kid/teenager life. last 3 years I lost 100 pounds and gained roughly 10 pounds of muscle possibly more because I'm still about 19% BF but you can see muscle separations

@@ChuckyWright are you holding your breath for the 5 reps or resetting after each rep? Thanks
@drhjhulsebos
@drhjhulsebos 11 месяцев назад
I wouldn't yet. Go as far as you can without one. If you get to the point where you can't add more weight, then consider it, but do all your warm up without it. The only thing that would happen adding a belt and doing the same exact weight is weakening the core.
