in this video i demonstrated How To know / determine / find /Calculate Ferrite Core Maximum Power Handling capability without Ferrite core power handling chart of datasheet, how to find core cross sectional area of ferrite core, how to find winding window area of a ferrite core. it is important to Design High Frequency Transformer. for some known cores we can find power handling capacity from core power handling chart from magnetics incorporation. but from ferrite core from tdk, fdk, philips, ferroxcube, or chinese cores datasheet, we can find dimensions, AL value, and very little information for core losses. but any core data doesn't provide maximum power handling capacity. some catalogs have WaAc or Area Product AP value.
i discussed how to calculate AP value and then we can calculate estimated output power. to design a ferrite core high frequency transformer, it is important to determine power handling capability of ferrite core, then we can use it practical design

sir , how to measure current from adapter ? can i direct measure using multimeter, or i need a resistance to measure current

Jay Shri Ram sir, I'm from India. I'm designing a single output SELF OSCILLATING discontinuous flyback transformer, though the SMPS is self oscillating I don't know the switching frequency. Selamun Aleykum Broder. Thank you so much. If we designe at 50kHz Vin=500V, Vout=80V A Pout=25kw full bridge inverter. I think we use many ferrits. If we use 6 or 8 ferrits how can designe transformer for high power

wa alaikum salaam dear brother 1. first of all i never tried to design or calculate so higher value power 2. i think for so 25KW, it is est to use large size single core and igbt modules, that will long life and cost effective as well. 3. using too many H-bridge switches and a large number of ferrite cores will become power saving but its design will not long life, (it is my idea)

Sir 7733a ic and TL431 used power Supply me MOSFET and main filter capacitor changed.Now power supply is working.rated output voltage is 60 v.but getting only 20v. Led is miledly working.led street light.voltage across filter capacitor is 273 v .ic working voltage 12v is present.out put voltage low.all componets checked ok.ic is the reason?. Please replay sir...

Sir I want to design EE core with gap in Anysis. I choose the core material. It is 41810 from magnetic inc. it says it is gapped but when I check the dimensions it is not. Can I make it gapped with changing sizes?

all ferrite magnetic cores are in bipolar magnet (half bridge, push pull) for unipolar magnet design we need to de-rate with 3 or 4 for example there is a core for 100 watt (that means it is for bipolar magnet using 2 mosfets ) to make unipolar like flyback 100/3 = 33 watt OR 100/4= 25 watt that means a core in chart showing 100 watt will usable for 25-33 watt in flyback design
